KFC in North Lanarkshire

Nice, friendly staff, only problem the tables weren't really clean. Girl was cleaning floor, good but people don't eat from it 😉. Other than that's all good.

Go to drive thru and they missed half the stuff out we asked for, so had to the go and park and wait for the rest of it - food now cold and no sauce in the bag that we asked for - large fries is just kids portion . won’t be back

In ordered on JustEat and food was not good and no flavour and then a week later I went in person and oh look at this the food was disappointing again…I would give this a 0 stars if I could….

pretty much as any other KFC ,, Asked why they charge for PAPER BAGS . Told its the government tax ,, When i said its for plastic bags as they dont decompose in land fill ,, I was told Its because its a branded bag ,,, RUBBISH MATE its meant to be a tax on plastic bags ,, So i say to you folk ask see what the answer you get

I’ve made order in wrong restaurant, staff was very helpful and solved the issue so I didn’t have to pay twice. Callum and Esther went above and beyond to help me. Thank you very much.

Absolutely shocking customer service in here. Got to the till, waited a few minutes on someone to serve us, just to be told there was no cash register available as a change run hadn't been done. Waited almost 15 minutes and still nothing. I had to use my chip and pin at an order machine, which I don't like using, I believe in speaking to to an actual person. Once the order was placed I waited about 10 minutes, I approached the counter, which had nobody there, I have a photo but no way of posting it, it took someone 2 minutes to notice me and ask what I was looking for, to ask how long my order would be, to be told they were still waiting to to put my order together. Absolute shambles of a place. I wouldn't even have given 1 star, but I had to so I could leave a review, dive of a mob.

Not worth the money and to top it off the just eat order's went out quicker than our food .Definitely won't be back ........this is a £6.50 meal and there were 9 bits of popcorn chicken totally disgusted.....

Do not go to the drive-thru for this store. I have had several issues over weeks with the quality of the products from the drive-thru in this restaurant, and it is rather disheartening to arrive home with a bag of chicken fillets that looks like they've been chewed up and spat out. If you have to go the drive-thru, CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
