Not many people wearing masks, including staff, even though it is still mandatory. Nice place for a walk round with a fair choice of shops and stock available. Kids loved the wee shop with the sea turtles and this kept them amused while I exchanged a gift that didn't fit so result!

Very good retail shop, great choice of quality clothing and shoes and the cafe is very good value would highly recommend a visit.

Very old fashioned.. fine if your over 60 looking for a cardigan or elasticated slacks.. children area noisy as hell snd cafe full of OAPs.. not for me

Absolutely amazing the staff are so helpful. Kind and considerate I've visited many times as a support worker the people I support where welcomed and given great support at there tea dance and other events as a stall holder at Santa's grotto I was complimented. helped massively to the point staff made sure I could get a soya coffee using her own milk which I was incredibly grateful for! And made to feel welcome buy all its amazing for a bargain and the community outreach is astounding. Highly recommend the tea dance even if your not a dancer watching is great fun! And the stake pie is the best I've had in years!

·

Had some stalls at the front, which where great loved castaway creations, spent a couple of hours pondering about the different shops and tea room

Allow yourself loads of time to explore this vast emporium. It's a tight place to navigate a wheelchair or scooter but it's manageable. The restaurant is very good and the prices are not too bad. I enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone. Oh, by the way, there's a kids soft play area within the building.
