As far as McDonald's.goes it's good. The location isnt ideal as it is usually a busy area anyway and when people are in line for drive thru it can be inconvenient, however, it is handy so wouldn't let that out you off too much.

Reasonably good set up for drive through when busy, but can be difficult to get into click and collect parking spots. Click and collect is great and my orders have always been right this way compared to drive thru

Ordered our 3 meals on app which I clicked when I arrived in restaurant. Was met by a assistant at door who asked me if I was sitting in or taking away. Explained I had ordered on the app and I was just in to collect she did not recognise the order number so she asked me to go to till and see if they could look into for me. I stood 20 minutes. The place is full of staff running about doing this and that but no one actually on the till to deal with customers. This must be the worst McDonald's around. Way too busy with Just Eat orders and no one actually there to help with the ordinary customers coming in off the street. I left and my plan is to contact customer services to make sure I haven't been charged for our meals.

Ordered 2 PLAIN burgers, emphasising the “plain” as “with nothing on them please”. Home where the kids discovered they both had been given CHEESEBURGERS. So angry. Both burgers straight into the bin and I had to dig burgers out of the freezer n make them, by the time they were ready my granddaughter wasn’t hungry any more so another burger in the bin. Wishaw is the WORST McDonald’s we have ever used. They’re slow, they’re uninterested. They really don’t care

I have just returned from my latest disastrous trip to McDonalds Wishaw. Having been given the wrong order several times in the last couple of years you would really think I would have learned by now. However, tonight was the final straw and I will never be back to this branch. On arriving at the drive-thru there was already a fairly substantial queue. After 5 minutes I was approached by a staff member who explained that both ordering speakers were out of order and that I should place my order at the window. 10 minutes later, having moved about 20 yards the same staff member directed me to the outside of the 2 ordering lanes. The effect of this was that, by the time the queue was filtered back into one line, I was actually 2 places further back in the queue. On arriving at the window to order I asked for a Chicken Big Mac only to be told 'We don't have any of them'. I then asked why they didn't put a sign up to this effect? 'We're not allowed to put a sign up'. I then suggested that the employee 'organising' the queue could have mention this 15 minutes earlier when I first talked to him. The response to this was a shrug of the shoulders. Most McDonalds restaurants I have been to are efficient and well run. Wishaw McDonalds however is without doubt the worst that I have ever been to.

Great customer service in the drive through, even though it was busy and our order was miss heard, we were directed to wait in the grill and the changed order came out within minutes. The girl on the till was polite, prompt and well presented.

Placed an order with uber eats for mcdonalds at 16.40. Received notice at 17.09 that the delivery had been made, we didn't get it! Submitted a complaint via the app and get a refund but 5 minutes later they take back the tip to the driver, why??? We decide to drive to the restuarant and make a new order rather than rely in delivery. We're handed the wrong meal, get the right meal, take it home and find all the drinks are just carbonated water,. Thanks!

Complained about this problem over the years but remains same, simple enough to put the burger in the middle of the bun but staff would rather have it mostly hanging out for you to rip of the bun and reposition.....must be low IQ or discrimination as it's veggie option! I wish i could post the pic its unbelievable

Generally really busy, which combined with the poor car park layout results in traffic snarling up in the retail estate. The food quality is pretty mediocre by McDonalds standards, and although some staff are helpful and friendly, this is very much the exception not the norm sadly.
