Mr Chef in North Lanarkshire

Ordered off of just eat meal came cold phoned up got a cheeky reply ... basically called a liar stay 2 mins away from shop can't pick up orders due to disabled child man on phone abrupt

Mr Chef in Wishaw is our go to for a take away.We have our favourites we order often, but like to branch out.Highly recommend the south Indian garlic pizza or mix grill.

We treated ourselves to a take away from Mr chef, Wishaw, on Saturday night and to be honest was really disappointed!I ordered a spicy chicken pizza, and received a bland tasteless excuse for a spicy chicken pizza ( yuk)My hubby ordered a meal deal and it was “ hunt the filling” The chips looked ( and tasted) as though they had been re heated from a week ago!Our meals went in the bin and I won’t be back!

Placed an order at 10pm tonight (20th July). Phoned shop around 11:30pm as Just Eat updated to say the food was delivered. We were told its happening a lot tonight and that it’s on its way and that they are really busy which is fine and I can accept that.However, it’s now past midnight, the shop won’t answer the phone and there is no food and money taken out my account. Unbelievably, the shop is closed and despite me ringing they’ve taken the phone off the hook! How bad is that for service?? Charge me but then completely stiff me when I’m trying to find out what’s happening!I know they need to close but while they have orders out and not delivered surely that’s a bit unprofessional? So disappointed as food is great but this is a joke!

I ordered a pizza but some its ingredients were off and did not small fresh, had to been it. It seems that higien there is also very poor. One with the staff there who prepared meals and put toppings on pizzas has very dirty handstans. I expected that staff at a place like that that serve food should have at least cleane looking hands when not use any glows to prepare meals. It was disgusting. Also one with male staff was rude without any reasons. I am unsure if it was his bad day of or it is just a person with bad personality. Ordering anything from this place is not recomended.

got a fantastic king prawn tandoori last week and king prawn chilli bhuna, so good phoned take away to compliment them, but this week ordered again and it was even more outstanding, hats off to the chef

Went for a pizza and waited 40 minutes , eventually asked what was happening with it ,turned out it had been made and taken out and sitting on top of the oven for 25 minutes.So I had sat there for 25 minutes for nothing and ended up with a barely warm pizza.Seems the staff dont really know what their doing.

Ordered twice from Mr Chef through JustEat the first order was brilliant, fast and although one of the dishes was incorrect it was really delicious. The second time was last night and if I’m honest it’s put me completely off ever ordering from here again. My Bombay aloo (which traditionally is not a spicy dish) was full of birds eye chillies, the naan bread was black on one side. My partner ordered a kebab with separate sauce which is extra, instead it came and was all over the kebab. The poppadoms where so stale they could be bent and not break.
