New Pak Yee in North Lanarkshire

Order was 2 hours late and when we called to check on the order they decided to cancel the order after we said we just wanted the food to come. Never again

Great little restaurant, been coming here for years.

Waited ages then got someone else's order delivered. Was told they would send out the correct order and we would swap.Nothing turned up for nearly another hour. I called again to ask if it was on the way and was told yes, it was out for delivery.Then they called and told us again that the order was out for delivery but they would refund us given we had waited hours.Well that was over an hour ago and still nothing. Will never order from again.They are literally 5 mins drive from our house... ridiculous!

Food was terrible and arrived coldOrdered salt and pepper chicken contained very little chicken and way to much salt also orderedA sweet and sour Cantonese style also this was caked with salt.Paid for a portion of prawn crackers there must have been only about 10 in the bag .First bad review I have wrote in a long time will not be using againBowfing

Was in today for a meal, staff was very rude except the young girl with blonde hair. Food isn’t as expected, very poor quality was then given chicken leg with a curry and the chicken was all black, Mrs tang was very rude when questioned and said that it’s chicken leg and perfect then walked about the shop complaining about us to another lady sitting at the till drawing us dirty looks. I have never experienced such poor food or service in all my life, I will never be back again. Avoid like the plague.

Took 2 hours from ordering to delivery just a mile up the road. Food arrived missing chips and stone cold. Called the restaurant to be told theres nothing they can do, no driver and 'I dont have your money from Just Eat yet'. Then suddenly the driver was there. Then the kitchen was closed. Attitude of the owner is vile and abusive, no wonder the place has gone downhill. And so is the food, totally inedible. Will be taking this further with just eat to make sure they dont get a penny of what we paid. Horrible place, avoid at all costs. Much better places to eat in Wishaw and I'll make sure I tell everyone I know exactly how bad it is.

Ordered a chicken curryChipsRiceChicken ballsEnded up waiting 2 and a half hours for it to come out at the last delivery only for it to be chips curry sauce and a bag of fried wonton with 4/5 random chips along with them. Changed for what we ordered. Had to throw the lot in bin and call mandrass Phoned up today at 12pm for a refund to be told to phone at 4.30 to speak to Anna only for Anna to have the biggest attitude problem knowing to man kind then hang up on you for demanding she acts in a professional manner.

After having some great meals in The New Pak Yee in Wishaw, I decided to get a delivery. Can honestly say that they keep the best meals for in the restaurant. Chicken chow mein had no taste apart from a greasy water flavour . The chicken was dry and the noodles were well over cooked....... a bowl of shreddies will have to do nowPS. I didn't even think it rated a star but won't let me post a review without one

Worst Chinese I have ever been to. First off all they advertise all our chicken is Breast meat, lies because they sent us a curry with black bits through it! Claiming to be leg meat, after another 40min wait they then sent a new one down where I got a whole load of cheek off the delivery driver saying they don't have a online service and they don't use breast meat. Jumped up tosser of a guy and a uninterested manager on the phone. Never be back don't care what anyone says chicken isn't suppose to be black.

Great local Chinese delivery/restaurant, food is always tasty. Can take time to get to you but it's a busy place and the staff are always friendly. Still one of the few places locally that you can order a chicken curry that doesn't use those generic frozen chicken breast cubes!
