Beware when ordering £9.60 for this ! This is a large fritter supper . Just bare that in mind when you order . Marinis is far superior . Go there for your chippy best in Cumbernauld . Avoid this place like the plague . Whilst I called to complain was told this was standard size . Whilst they were away ch cling another customer calling to complain . Worst fish ever

Ordered online and got the food, called 3 times asking for my bottle of irn bru and I'm currently still waiting and 2nd time I called they said "we'll send it over right away" when I called the 3rd time "we are waiting for more deliveries. Absolutely shocking

Oven baked pepperoni pizza 🍕 was delicious, base cooked to perfection, lovely amount of cheese! Fritters and pizza crunch made to perfection with a lovely crunchy batter! Very speedy delivery especially considering these crazy trying times! Food arrived piping hot and with a friendly smile! Thank you! 😊 👌

Cold food, hard chips and an hour and a half for a delivery. Once was a loyal customer, not anymore. All went in the bin. I don't spend my hard earned wages to throw my cash in the bin, and that's exactly what happened tonight.

I know that there is a pandemic but we are 15 minutes from Albert barlett. I have no Idea why a large special fish supper comes with like 25 chips. Delivery is fast, but come on man whats happening here? Ordered from yourselves since I was a wee guy. Don't be shy with the potato's.

Put an order in online at 5.20pm for 2 bags of chips. 1hour 40mins later still no delivery. Ended up calling and cancelling order . Absolutely shocking. Definitely won't be using again and before use make up any excuses I received an email just after placing order saying It was confirmed

1.40 minutes just for two bags of chips and still never arrived what a disaster this place is honestly am surprised it's still in business avoid unless your planning to order your Xmas dinner it might turn up for you bring back the old owners they new how to run a business .Order cancelled

Would NOT recommend this Fish and Chip shop. The manageress is extremely mean with her portions, have been a very good customer with this shop, but the order received today was extremely poor, a small piece of fish which you could hardly see in the box and paying nearly £5 for and she expects you to be happy with that. She is pretty stingy with her portions so Don’t waste your money shop elsewhere.

Don't have any major complaints in regards to the food but the speed of their service is very poor. On several occasions now I have put orders in online for collection in store and even after waiting 25 minutes before travelling to the shop I have still waited a further 15 to 20 minutes before my order is ready. Tonight's 90 minute wait for a delivery is a new low and unfortunately means I won't be using this shop again.

Used to be really good quality food. Last 2 orders i have had have been really disappointing. Wont be backSo did return and received this abysmal portion of cold chips and sparce cheese.
