Real Spice in North Lanarkshire

Using this place for a while but standards recently are getting poorer the quality of food isn't as good as was, also the amount of time had sauce wrong is getting beyond a joke, last week forgot sauce for 3 * kebabs, this week was wrong sauce, the chicken pakoras are also always very dry clearly overdone or reheated hopefully they bring back there standards as loosing faith in them.

Food was amazing and portions were massive. Food was delivered super fast and was all very warm. Lovely delivery driver too.The chicken was of great quality.

Ordered a delivery through the real spice website and paid by credit card. Never arrived despite being told twice that it was on its wayWas promised a refund but after phoning for 2 weeks and listening to their lies we had to do a claim through the credit card to get out money back. Be warned !!!!!!

I have been a regular customer for years and now the prices have gone up and service is in the toilet.I won't be backPlaced an order for over £30 and got delivered but no rice I phoned and after speaking to 3 people I got a call back telling me that rice comes in bags now look in the bag.I am absolutely livid that when I finally got the rice the chips were cold.

Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Very quick delivery if that's what you opt for.

Food is ok, usually helpful when you phone but quite annoyed they have kept my mobile number for marketing purposes without asking and they seem to have passed my details onto real spice Cumbernauld. I really puts be off using despite the food being ok.

Never ordered from here before and they are sending me promotional messages over text? Call and ask them how they got my number and they tell me it’s just random and that’s just how it is? Wit!?

Food is usually pretty decent, however, the fact that you have to almost wave in front of staff before they notice is quite frustrating.... it's almost as if they don't want you to place an order. Also, the older gentleman really should take a course in customer service.... if he wants to chastise his staff he shouldn't do it in front the customers. On a final note, staff should be more aware of who might understand the language and words they are using to describe people. Luckily I'm not easily offended.

Normally order their pizza which is tasty but it's a 50/50 whether you get your pizza hot or Luke warm. Called them to complain and they always seems to say sorry they were busy and take no ownership of the fact the food I paid for was inadequate. Going to stop ordering from here as they don't really seem to care about their customers experience at all. Disappointed!

Ordered from here tonight arrived within 15 minutes of being ordered 😀. Donner meat, naan bread, kebab sauce and chips, Absolutely amazing. No faults at all. Delivery driver very fast and efficient, polite end overall great guy. Will be back 👍🏻
