Shell Old Inns in North Lanarkshire

Visited at garage this morning. Date: 26 Oct ‘21, Time: 7:21 am. I believe, this place needs new management team to maintain the hygiene and basic standards. Talking from experience as working in management and quality control. Costa machines area needs “cleaning” and checked every few hours, milk and coffee inside the machine also needs to be checked before busy morning hours, this is due to the quality of coffee. More can be done to increase quality control and productivity of the station. However, the girl at the till is hard working and got good customer service.

Very expensive and a long wait in a queue to pay. As usual, making an absolute fortune but can only afford one cashier.

Shocking service station. Dirty and toilets constantly out of order

False advertising: Someone seems to have put up a sign for “services” here. There is a Shell garage, a café and a restaurant and none of them want you to use their toilets unless you’re a customer....... avoid avoid avoid if possible!

Marked as a service station, but in reality it's just the petrol station. However, shop in petrol station is well stocked and the location is just right for a comfort stop for my journey!! Toilet facilities are okay, but very small.

Nice bright shop with plenty isle space and good products on offer. Helpful & polite staff. Coffee & snacks to take away. Restrooms. Very easy access off main route.

Quite disgusting, table where you eat was covered in rubbish. I went to use the bathroom and was told I can't because it is being cleaned, and would have to wait 30 minutes. It was rush hour when I went, why would they not be clean for that time?

Quite possibly the most disgusting garage/service area I have been to. The toilets, oh my, no exaggeration, but I almost vomited. I had to leave and drive down the motorway to go to a different service area. If you're stopping here, make sure its just for fuel.

Best service station staff I have ever came across . Toilets spotless . Clean and well stocked shop Keep up the good work .
