Smiddy Inn in North Lanarkshire

I never usually attend the Smiddy as it is a bit far out for myself, however my visit last night was amazing all thanks to the new barman Steven.I have never met someone who shows such pride in their work. My whole group ensured that when we were served it was by him.He was so friendly and had us all laughing. Service with a smile is an understatement.He was so thoughtful when it came to my pregnant friend and told her about the zero% options and even gave her a soft shot to include her with the rest of our group.Will definitely be visiting more often. Thank you barman Steven!

Went here for lunch with friends, what a great place. Food was lovely, staff were so friendly and knowledgeable about drinks and menu. Great value for money, beer garden was lovely. Will definitely return.

Really enjoyed lunch and a catch up here...great for dogs too 🐾 would recommend. Staff were helpful friendly too 👌

Pleasantly surprised at this wee hidden gem.Proper pub grub suitable for pretty much every taste. Tasted awesome. Prices very reasonable also.The staff were fantastically pleasant and helpful.Suitable for dates, families, a quick bite, any excuse actually 😂.We'll be back for sure.

The pub was very busy and noisy. Was celebrating a friends birthday. Food was nice, just the usual pub grub. Service was slow because of restrictions but an enjoyable night was had

First time in the Smiddy Inn and it won't be the last. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food and service was top notch. Like I said first time but definitely not the last.

The staff here are amazing , from Julia the manager to the staff !! Miko in particular has made my time here memorable always being attentive and ensuring I'm happy with my meal and drinks, always gives the table a great laugh aswell adding that personal touch to the table ! All round great pub and unreal team !

Quite a busy pub with quiz night on a Sunday. Food is available and has always been very good when I have ordered it. Beer prices are average for the area.

A very rare family lunch today as we never seem to be able to coordinate 5 working schedules. Decided on the Smiddy & it was just perfect.No booking - no problem. Staff were polite, welcoming & upbeat. Went to order food & they went above and beyond as I had asked for a variation of something on the menu… no problem, done. Lovely atmosphere, decor but what made our day was the staff… just lovely 💜
