Good food but absolutely terrible delivery. Been late (around 2 hours) several times, and often have had items missing

·

Absolutely awful shop. Staff are terribly rude, meat tastes like old rubber (I’d rather eat a shoe) and chips are like reheats from the Victorian era.. avoid this place the way you’d avoid the plague

I don't live local but I was driving through Coatbridge and as I passed, I saw their donner kebab through the window - it looked beautifully perfect - not burnt, not raw and not dripping with grease. I headed to Glasgow. Returned home via Coatbridge 2 hrs later. That kebab was just as luscious looking. We pulled up outside the shop. I jumped out and ordered King Kebab and also chips. Oh my God ... those chips are the best chips that I have ever had out of any Kebab shop, Indian or even Chinese restaurant in my entire life. Gold crisp chips with slight crunch and soft fluffy potato inside them. They were like molten gold - no other way to describe how delicious they were. - All scoffed now. The King Kebab - Goodness, my eyes clearly did not deceive me, because that Kebab meat was absolutely delightful - not greasy, raw or burnt - just perfect - juicy, correct moisture level and flavoursome - very flavoursome. Where did you guys get your Chef? Submit him for an award - best Chef in the UK Kebab sector!! Finding that kebab shop was an absolute stroke of good luck. Keep up the excellent work Team!! Very well done!! Will find an excuse to drive through Coatbridge some time soon!! :-) XXX.

Really disappointed to say the least. Ordered a large mixed kebab and it was tiny. £7.50 phoned to complain and he said that’s what you get. Will never be ordering from there again. No value for money.

Ordered small donner kebab plus 2 small portions of chips and 1 tub of chili sauce. When order arrived the sauce had been poured over kebab (requested the tub of sauce as it was for the chips) the 2 containers of chips where stuck together (melted) once seperated and opened the polystyrene had melted into the chips. I called the shop straight away and explained the sauce was supposed to be seperate and about the chips. Arrogant person I was speaking to said 'all sauce gets poured over food before leaving shop unless you leave a note asking for it to be left of (order this same order on a regular basis and always get sauce seperate) I asked can I have order replaced and got told 'no' I said but the chips can't be ate, he then said eat them from the top. I refused and asked again for order to be replaced and was rudely told 'no' with a lot of shouting from him, and chip containers always melt once placed in bag (I've never had this issue before) the chips have clearly been reheated in a microwave and that is why melted with holes in the containers. Daughter returned the food to the shop without any discussion with any staff. The person I spoke to on the phone clearly has no customer services skills, rude, arrogant,un helpful, and couldn't care less.. Will definitely not be ordering from them again. Enjoy my £11 you didn't refund because it will be last you ever get from me.

Ordered a kebab burger, to get home to find i was given just a load of donner meat in a dry toasted bun. Won't be back.

·

Ordered chicken pakora (£4) then a minute later ordered chips (£2). Sitting waiting and looked at their menu that said Munch Box £7.50. I asked the server if I could pay £1.50 to upgrade to a Munchy Box only to be told my pakora was already being made, after suggesting it was part of the deal along with the chips the server said no and I had to accept what I paid for. Poor service and not for the first time

Worst chicken tikka kebab. The salad wasn't fresh. The sauce was watered down making the pitta bread soggy and the portion of chicken was tiny - cutting it up into bits to try and make it look like you're getting more didn't work. Will not be back.

·

The Curry's all taste the same only thing that changes is the meat and heat level but the pizzas are outstanding

·

My friends and I ordered two munchie boxes at a birthday party and the chicken pakora came completely raw. We then phoned to complain and we recieved only one free bag of chicken pakora.. which was also entirely uncooked. A few of my friends now have food poisoning and we are not happy. Would give 0 stars if I could, never ordering from Spice of Life again
