Ordered my meal including 2 pizzas and a chicken wrap with chips, waiting for nearly 2 hour!!!! When food got here they had forgot the chips and wrap was all cold and old pizza, pizza didn’t taste right so I called up and the manager even stated himself “the food is precooked” absolutely vile shop disgusting food

Used for years, never again. Last 2 orders were vile. Both orders had normal sized potatoes not baking potatoes. Everywhere has raised prices but you can't raise them and HALF portions! Last order had several hairs in 5 out of 9 boxes that we seen. Phoned for refund and asked them to collect food, angry man told me the Manager wasn't in so nothing he could do! Still have photos of food on my phone.

Food delivered 2 hours late. I called to cancel and was promised that food would be delivered and order refunded however this didn't materialise.We have since ordered again, the next order was delivered within around 1.5 hours and the second was 2 hours before it left the shop.I called to cancel this order and to be fair I really should have known better.Modern ordering systems have the ability to forecast delivery times and if you know it's going to take 2+ hours your customers should be advised in advance so they can make the decision to wait or not.I won't be making this mistake again.

Best baked potatoes we've ever had!!! Great portion size and the toppings are in separate containers with your takeaway to add on as per your preference too. Definitely be a regular takeaway for us now.

Twice ordered from here. Twice my order was wrong! 2nd time actually went into the shop and specifically told them my order TWICE and they still got it wrong! Plus I saw one of the workers prepping a pizza with no gloves on handling dough and meat products with no PPE on at all and they let drivers into the food prep area! We will not use this place again. It used to be a good place but it has gone down hill recently.

I bought 2 baked potatoes tonight and when I got home realised they were yesterday's potatoes that had been reheated, they were lumpy with loads of butter to try and soften the potatoes, the skin was like leather, we didn't eat them. I should have realised they weren't fresh when the girl put the potatoes in the microwave. I usually love their potatoes but I certainly won't be back now, so disappointed.

Used to love this place. Untill I found a hair on my pizza. That s disgusting! I don t want anyone s hair on my food. I was working in food industry and I know they should wear a PPE and that things like this shouldn t happen.

Always really good at this place but I received the wrong order I phoned and they promised to bring the correct order which was fine nearly 2 hours after ordering I am still waiting for the correct order when I called to complain I encountered a unpleasant and unhelpful man who started shouting at me telling me he was very busy!! This was a disgrace no people skills or genuine apology I will think twice before ordering again we’ll that’s if I get the proper meal ever!! Very disappointed

If I could give lower rating I would. Do not go near this place!My wife placed an order of 3 meals which were not ready on time. Then after I collected them and started eating my pizza I found a hair in it. My wife phoned them back to tell them and ask for a refund and the guy was cheeky to her and said I would have to come back to get the money because he was too busy!We have eaten here before and felt the food was adequate at best. They may be 'reasonably' priced but the standards are terrible and the chef needs to put on a hair net!I don't even know where that hair came from as the guy at the counter who appeared to be making the meals didnt have long hair!Stay away!
