Subway in North Lanarkshire

Great shop, super fresh ingredients, polite staff, super clean. Best Subway store I've been to anywhere!

Though the food was nice and fresh the service was opposite. 4 members of staff dealing with just eat orders and cleaning. 3 customers waiting and being told it will be a 5min wait. Even if 1 member had dealt with the shop customers they could or should have been able to deal with everything else. Never had bad service in this shop before or I would have rated 1 star

Had to wait behind a queue of school children (none of them wearing masks) when the McDonalds and Greggs on town let adults in first and have a school queue. Get to the counter and only 2/4 members of staff had a mask on while handling peoples' food.

Waited outside for approximately 10 minutes. It does say on the door that only 6 customers at a time in restaurant. So obviously waited till school kids were exiting till I stepped in. Once I did step in the person (short fair hair) roared at me to get out and wait. As a former Customer service manager of an Iceland store I was quite taken aback. I do work for a medical centre now so I do know the rules were covid is concerned but to me there were only 5 kids in the restaurant. Fair to say I wont be back as the assistant behind the counter wants to go and learn some people skills.

I only received half an order. I had requested guacamole and did not get this I also had a white sauce on my footlong that I did not order.I ordered nachos with no jalapenos but they were all through the melted cheese.Very disgusted with my order which cost me £26!!! Ensure you check your order when it arrivesAs my order was through uber eats I had to contact them in regards to my missing footlong.Never again!

For the price of a coffee in certain other establishments I had an enjoyable & healthy wee lunch with pleasant service. £3.80 👍🏻

A lot more expensive than I was expecting. 6" sub, drink of draught cola, and a small or medium cookie, £4.89

Generally, It's a Subway sandwich franchise. You pick from several breads, meats, salad veg and cheese. They will make you a reasonably priced sub sandwich.Specifically, this is by far one of the best I've been in. It is always clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and even though it is often very busy, the service is quick and efficient.

Very good staff and there special this week for all customers is when they give us our subway they do the tango salsa.ok Subway staff do your thing.come on and do the conga.

Firstly we had to wait so long to be served from the staff as they would rather just stand about talking. The girl then made us the wrong sandwich and left out ingredients so just said she’ll ‘add them on at the end’ after they had already toasted the sandwich. The staff then took so long to put our order on the till as they continued to talk, they were rude, had no manners, this was the worst customer experience I have had from subway of all places! To top it all off I got given an orange juice 9 days out of date and a horrible tasting Italian bmt, I won’t be back.
