I can’t enough about the Tudor Hotel! We stayed there recently and had a medical issue. The staff could not have been more kind and helpful. From picking up medications to delivering food to our room, they consistently went out of their way for us. We unfortunately didn’t meet the owner, but he did offer to pick up anything that we required. Those checking on us daily were Helen and May amongst many others. I will never forget their care and concern for us.

Very hot and loud , menu could do with some work . Pate was very nice , burger was a bit over cooked , proper chips would have gone down better than McDonalds style "fries"

Place was tidy to look at, all mask rules were being adhered to, spaced out well. Service was good, all hardworking staff, pleasant, but all of us were slightly disappointed with the food, thought they couldn't go wrong with steak pie as I haven't had it in a while, very plain, veg were tasteless, considering it was Christmas eve. Disappointed

Was there recently for a late lunch and drinks. The service was good and the staff friendly. We weren't rushed through our meal even though they needed the table back. Food was lovely and there was a good amount of choice on the menu.

Staff always very pleasant @ attentive. Myself @ family visit a lot. Meals are always delicious. Never had to complain about anything. It's a favourite place for us, @ we always manage to get a disabled parking space for our mum. 5 stars from us

Attended after a funeral, soup sandwiches and sausage rolls were excellent and well presented by friendly efficient staff, the hotel its self was clean and nicely decorated. All advice with regards covid appeared to be in place, hand sanitizers present I was even given a mask at reception as I had left mine in my vehicle, a very pleasant place to visit , oh and I forgot to mention the cakes which were delicious

Some out of the ordinary choices and well presented. A very good meal. Next time though I would take along a saw and remove at least 3" from the table legs to make the height comfortable.

Great food and atmosphere, only have 4*s due to having alot of waiting staff that didn't have designated areas, we were asked 5 times if we had ordered, then drinks/food was walked past us with the serving staff going which table is this for and where are they ? Maybe allocate waiting staff to set areas/tables to its more streamlined professional service.
