I have frequented the View Café on many occasions covering a good number of year's.My experience today however was tainted with displeasure as a member of staff ran roughshod regarding my dining comfort, she constantly kept opening the door into the dining area because she was too warm, an excuse I found quite unacceptable as my friend and I were sitting adjacent to the open door. This ruined what should have been a nice lunchtime meal.
