The Windmill in North Lanarkshire

This is a nice place to go for a meal. The food is good and the staff are excellent.

First time at windmill. Food was 10/10. Value was 10/10. Potion sizes were perfect. Staff were nice and attentive and the food came out super quick. Absolutely great. Ticked every box.

Surprised and pleased there are so many vegan options on the menu, the food is really good actually, have always been happy with what I get here. Staff are nice too 😀

Wasnt imoressed. Got southern fried chicken when i asked for buttermilk. Manager said its the same??? Clearly it isnt. Colleague tasted it to...defo southern fried! They changed it for me in end to fish and that was nice. Manager didnt apologise during refund.. Waitresses were lovely. and attentive.

Not very good. Barmaid not helpful at all on how the app system works so paid for my meal and drinks and never got my app scanned. Pointless. Sharing nachos for starter was nice, we both got a chicken burger meal also that was very poor. All frozen food, every bit of it. Could have made it better in the house. Nearly 28£ for the above and 2 pepsi....👎👎

Friendly and helpful staff and good food - steak not as good as the Rolling Barrell's but still good!

Disappointing. Fajitas were a plate of onions with a breast of chicken. Didnt sizzle. Smallest sides of salsa, sour cream and cheese. Asked for a 2nd dish of salsa and was told it would be 99p for a 50p size dish of salsa. Jacket potato was cold and slimy. Good point was sundaes. Used to enjoy this place but won't be back.

The food was great and the staff were knowledgeable of the menu. The App for ordering is flawed and I would not recomend using it. The outdoor area is nice and the place is clean and tidy. A decent vegetarian menu. Child friendly.

Having been turned away from somewhere else who didn't allow bookings, we stopped here on the off chance and despite being really busy the staff told us we could eat outdoors and they would try fit us indoors before our food came.We had problems with the app but the staff couldnt have been more helpful getting the order through and did have us seated inside before our food arrived. Brilliant service and girls were really friendly.Food was lovely with a steak cooked to perfection and for us portion sizes are perfect.First time there and will definitely be back,
