Toby Carvery in North Lanarkshire

Great service. Carvery meats good but other items not kept warm enough and served on stone cold plates. Cauliflower very undercooked due to florets being too variable in size so thick stems impossible to cut with a table knife. Foot long Pig Dog hot dog very nice.Warning - house salad is a joke as it is tiny for £5.99! Deserts under whelming for around £4.50 a go. Custard watery and under sweetened. Overall we used it twice for convenience but would avoid all Toby Carvery outlets given a choice. Must say again that service was 5 star.

LOVED IT! Great really friendly and helpful staff and excellent food piled as high as you like on your choice of plate size! Even have a Veggie Bake that my vegetarian sister says is yummy - bit ironic😂a vegetarian dining at a Carvery but she left as stuffed full as the rest of us without compromising her meat-free diet! Great value for money - highly recommend it... you get refills of your soft drinks as many as you like too! GREAT!!

The meal was lovely plenty of choice on the carvery. Didnt like no social distancing when queuing though. Extremely busy wouldnt go back on Sunday around 5. However it wont stop us going back maybe on a week day when quieter.

Carvery. All the food was lukewarm at best. Some was actually cold. Most of the veg dishes were almost full when we were there so they must have come that temperature from the kitchen. Hugely disappointing.

Cannot go wrong with a carvery. Big yorkshire puddings, and plenty of veg to pick from. Our waiting staff were very pleasant and cannot fault them. No pepsi max and wish they had the pork crackling again.

Brilliant food and nice place was so busy and a short wait for the food but once you get to the carvery it was all worth it, topped off by great service from a lovely woman called Joanne who was great!

Just got turned away from the carvery at M&Ds and told it was bookings only. There is about 5 people in the restaurant. Don't think the girl on the door could be bothered working. Won't be back.

always a good quality meal, you get to choose what you like. there can be a wait in the queue to be served your meat, but hey ho it happens. staff are great, chat to them, they are good people. all this and wine for about £20 a head. we have booked for boxing day because its so relaxed and fun.

Most enjoyable. Ideal place to eat if your staying at the Holiday Inn Express next door. Excellent Carvery, terrific value for money, lovely staff who are very engaging.

Not a great experience. Went for the carvery -Turkey - cut so thin you could see through it!!Mash potato - tasteless.Sprouts - hard.Cauliflower cheese - hard and inedible.Roast potatoes- overcooked.Macaroni - tasteless.Carrots - nicest thing on the plate along with the gravy.Yorkshire puds - soggy.Will NOT return and would not recomend.
