Service at the counter was very bad. Order was taken with a rude attitude. Customer service non existing. Being busy and under pressure is not a reason for poor service. This is how you push customers away.

Passed about 8 restaurants over 2 miles to get a large order of chips and ended up got the old broke in half dried out ones with a bunch of crispy pieces that looked more like batter. Ended up eating half before throwing away. Very disrespectful to give this to a customer.

First time ordering and it was horrible! Watery weird coloured curry sauce and conjealed ribs. So bad we re-ordered from elsewhere. I sent pics and videos to them and they refused to refund us, even when I showed we had to get something else. The top is from Wok Express bottom elsewhere.

The management are rats. They hide behind the counter. This place won't survive long.

Really disappointed. Always loved the food in here. Got a munchies box and for the price there was not much in it with the curry sauce taking up much of the room in the 9" box. I had chicken noodle soup as I've been ill. Way too salty and appeared to be chicken stock wolith soy sauce as a base with some noodles and a bit of chicken flung in.. Could have made better myself for about 50p. Was supposed to be a treat and it wasnt
