Bobbin Mill in Renfrewshire

Food was good...and staff were lovely. Place was extremely busy and only one staff member serving and she was so bubbly and cheerful even under pressure. Only issue I have is the state of toilets. Door didn't lock, almost all the cubicles had either dirty toilet seats or broken flush. Would have rated hire if in better condition.

Disappointed is an understatement. Ordered two steak dishes, one was off and had a horrible smell. We sent it back and were begrudgingly offered a desert? Before we left we spoke to a red headed staff member who told me I would not be refunded as the steak was fine. My brother and I are both chefs (for over ten years) and said staff member argued with is at the bar, then slammed about the till open and near enough smashed the money into my hand. Never cried before at something like this. I feel horrible.

Very slow service. Too long a wait between starter and main meal. Felt once we ate our meal they were rushing to get us out and cleared up. Have to say though staff were lovely.

This place might have changed its name but definitely not changed its staff or value for money. This restaurant is clean the staff are brilliant 👏 and will do what they can to make your visit go well. The food is good nice portion size 😋 price is brilliant especially when you've got a family to feed. Toilets 🚻 are clean there's disabled facilities. It is also wheelchair accessible. Well done to the staff 👏

Visited yesterday before heading to the Showcase Cinema (4:30-6:00pm). Felt welcome, safely distanced with table service. Excellent service from Karen and her colleagues. Friendly staff. All our menu choices were good and served quickly. Really liked the jerk bean burger and herb potatoes (vegan option). Overall good value for money and a much better option than most of the other places at The Phoenix. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't been since it was refurbished.

I normally don't give bad reviews but it was pretty awful. We ordered sirloin steak but half way through waiting for the order we were told there was only the cheaper steak, which was 100% absolutely fine but they didn't offer us the money back for the more expensive steak we'd ordered. When the meals did arrived the sauce was seriously disgusting, so I asked for a different one that didn't turn up until we were literally just about to finish our meal. The salad on the other dishes were all brown and wilted, you can see from the photo. We won't be back in afraid...Gutted.

Lovely family meal at The Marmalade Pot in Paisley. Food was delicious. Staff were amazing. Environment was safe & very clean. Stand out member of staff, Roselyn was so kind when serving a meal to a family member, who was blind. She took time to explain when serving the meal, where items were on the plate, where she put the plate, it was such a kind gesture, and we all were so impressed. Saying that, all the staff deserve highest of praise for their super service. They were very busy, but still managed to deliver service with a smile & warmth of kindness. We will definitely be back, in fact we are booking a table for between this Christmas and New year, all 18 of us... Cheers, Merry Christmas and a happy New year 💐

Lovely atmosphere and looks amazing since the remodel. I had the chicken platter which was beautifully cooked and more than enough for 2 people as it was too much for 1 person staff are so attentive especially Karen who could not do enough to make our experience so much better than anywhere close by. Also great soft play for my grandchildren to play in. Will definitely be back.

A nice re-imagined restaurant, better quality food at decent pricing. Order at the table from the app or at the counter and staff were very pleasant too

This was the Bobbin Mill at the Pheonix Paisley, It has been refurbished and looks amazing, food was very good and there was a DJ playing, new Sports Bar and kids soft play area plus a function room.
