Food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere is lovely. Great place to sit in have drinks, something to eat and catch up with friends 😀. We will be back up over the Easter holidays 😀

Went for breakfast, had eggs royale which was lovely. Plenty to choose from the breakfast menu, staff very friendly. The pub is dog friendly too, will definitely visit again

Food was phenomenal, our party of four enjoyed everything, even our dog had lunch and thoroughly enjoyed hers.Lovely place, nice and relaxed and a great hybrid between pub and upmarket dining.Fantastic staff.Really can't fault the place but top tip, maybe let people know the dog menu is served in a cardboard bowl, some owners like ourselves would probably bring our dogs ceramic dish so it's not skating about everywhere!

My food was pleasant enough but 2 of my 3 companions returned their soup as inedible. I also thought the the won was truly expensive. Service was good

Delightful afternoon tea. Very generous and varied sandwiches, scones, jam, cream, butter, carrot cake, spongecake, brownies and macaroons.choice of teas. Excellent service. Would recommend.

Pea and Hough soup was very good, however the deli sandwich left a lot to be desired, we got our money back. However they allow dogs so that's a plus.

Food was absolutely delicious and it was accompanied by exceptional attentive polite service by the young waiter with the glasses that served us. We will be back

It's a long time since I last ate here. At that time it had a different name and was run by different people.I was really pleased to see such a variety of dishes on the menu, so will be back to try some of them. Today I had the 2 course Sunday lunch and enjoyed every mouthful. Service was efficient and attentive without being intrusive, creating a relaxed atmosphere.

Beautiful food, beautiful presentation. Friendly, helpful, professional staff. Really enjoyed our experience here. Totally clued in on social distancing, track and trace, etc but still make things feel relaxed.
