Order from here all the time. Placed an order tonight at 6:30 for a 7:30 delivery, the driver then calls me 40 mins early saying he is at the door with the food. Explained I wasn’t in and ordered it for 7:30. His reply ‘well I’m here now, how long you going to be’ told him 7:30 as that’s when i wanted the food. So 7:30 arrives no food. Get a just eat text at 7:46 saying food is on its way. Then get a call 15 mins later saying do I still want the food!? Confused? Yeah me too!! Then started the refund process through just eat only to be told that I wasn’t being refunded as they were busier than usual? Still confused? Yeah me too! How can you be busier than usual but tried to deliver my food 40 mins early? Won’t be ordering from here again! Shame as the food is usually top notch!!

Been coming here for years to sit in, first time we've had an issue but getting your drinks after you've finished eating is a joke. Told twice the drinks were coming. Service was shocking oh well unless you're the owner and you're getting priority over paying customers. Won't be back.

Great food, however the friendliness of the staff can be a bit of a hit or miss.

Amazing service and pizza crunchie is the best food ever but daytime staf during school hours are cheeky and aggressive.

Fish too dry overcooked Box all soggy Pizza all burnt too. waste of money .. Avoid

Food was nice but waiting outside in the cold is not so pleasant. I take it it is down to new covid rules.

Staff friendly & good service. Fish delicious but on last 2 occasions the chips potion size in fish supper has become less!

What a gem this place is. Chilli was amazing, as was my mates Bolognese. Tried the pizzas a few times and they were exceptional. Seems like a proud Scots/Italian venue run by proud Scots/Italians. No wonder it's usually busy.9/10 will return when I'm in the vicinity.

Working up in the area, Called in today to try this place out. What a find this place is, friendly welcoming staff and a really decent atmosphere. I ordered the spaghetti Bolognese and can honestly say it was better than I have had in some restaurants back home, it was absolutely perfect, even came with a little pot of parmesan to go on top. Will definitely be back to sample more food in the future. Gutted I didn't get a picture of the food (although I believe my pal I was with may have managed to get on of my dish once I had started) will try remember next time
