Domino's Johnstone in Renfrewshire

Very disappointed. Was charged for 2 large pizzas on offer via the app.Received nothing. Phoned the store and was informed I would receive a refund within 5 days. No apology no offer of replacement. Instead I was offered the opportunity to reorder online or pay again over the phone at full price. Unhappy with this I was given the Customer Service number. Sadly they terminated the call after 4 minutes. Customer service here is non existent. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Quick to take my money, but the service and the product were unfortunately non existent.☹️ I will be escalating my complaint.

Told would be ready for pickup in 15 mins actually took 50 minutes.

Great pizza, fast service would recommend in an instant.

Very consistent and great deals on pizza 🍕

Cheeseburger pizza was awful and had no sauce on it there was also next to no cheese on it and big burned air bubbles in it, the rest was ok but nothing great no one was impressed will continue to drive to paisley to collect from now on will not be back. Member of staff was only offering to send another we did not want another, just wanted to return it for a refund no one wanted it after that, i had to ask for it to be refunded otherwise they would have let us pay for something unacceptable and tbh not domino’s standards I know head office would not approve!

Great deals, didn't wait long and food was amazing.

As good as most but either go short on toppings or get the order wrong . If they get it right it's excellent & the staff are very pleasant .

You get the fast efficient service that you would expect from domino's staff are very helpful and have excellent knowledge of the menu and deals to help you save a few pounds

Hardly any toppings and I mean hardly ANY of both pizzas. One bit chicken on one slice! Won't be ordering from here again hardly any mushrooms or ham on the New Yorker shocking considering the price. Can go to Morrisons and Asda for £4 for a 14" with 4 things on it never again ripped off

Enjoyed the Pizza and taste was okay but was expensive compared to other local places. I was told I could get cheaper pizzas on set days or always carry vouchers or use their website or apps.
