Flying Scotsman in Renfrewshire

Good value, well priced menu. Enjoyed the food. Started very quiet then got a bit louder due to thw football. Only complaint was toilet was freezing.....even the hand dryers blew the coldest air!!

Cheap main menu deal, fast and friendly service

Had a quick lunch with my partner today. He’s Gluten intolerant, ordered gammon with baby potatoes and loved it. Portion was brilliant! I had an American burger and was absolutely delicious! Service is brilliant as well. Been there already few times and never disappointed.

Food food and friendly staff with a good work ethic. Recommend this place to all, give it a try. Keir

Went for a wee night out in the Flying Scotsman, we ordered our drinks and sat down at a table shortly after around 19.45pm we asked a member of staff if there was any entertainment and was told that there was a singer starting shortly, we were looking forward to it starting, 3 hours about 22.40pm and a few drinks later still no entertainment then when we asked a member of staff again, we were told the singer contacted them at 21.20pm and was not coming and was due to covid19 what a disappointment we only stayed for the entertainment otherwise we would have gone else where, very poor communication ☹

First time I've visited any pub post lockdown and must say really enjoyed being here. Great service in spotlessly clean surroundings, busy but not overly, with a friendly atmosphere. Food was first class and well priced.. Would recommend the fish... Just nice to get a cold pint again. Give it a try

What a lovely afternoon session here in Renfrew first time here. Service 10/10 Staff very friendly and attentive. Will definitely return soon to this establishment .

The lady who served us was attentive, friendly and made us feel welcome and well looked after. The manager who greeted us as we arrived was lovely and explained the coving restrictions clearly so we got to our table straight away. Can't praise the staff highly enough!

Popped in for a couple of drinks with my wife. Nice atmosphere, plenty of TVs showing sport, drinks were reasonably priced. No food this time, but we haven't been disappointed any time we've eaten there.
