Visited at lunch time prior to our flight. The restaurant was very busy and only one member of staff was serving up front. We have no complaints what so ever about his service as he had the whole restaurant to serve, clean tables and accommodate customers by himself. He did a wonderful job despite the pressure and was extremely polite. Our food was nice, despite not getting our original order as the kitchen had ran out of chicken burgers. We were asked if we would like to have a refund or swap to beef burgers, which we did. The restaurant was also running out of condiment bowls due to it being so busy.Overall, the food was nice and the waiter was really nice. The restaurant was just too busy and more staff would've made it a better experience.

Clean, fast, efficient. Staff welcoming. Chicken burger 🍔 seemed fresh and tasty. Would like to know more about sourcing of ingredients. Plus too many drinks in plastic bottles. Airport lounge prices £10:99 burger. Cheaper than other nearby options (except Burger King of course, but better quality than that).

My wife and I nipped in for a quick burger at lunchtime before our flight and the service was fantastic from the staff. There was one girl (forgot her name) who had her first day and she couldn’t have been more helpful and chatty whilst still managing to get the job done. There was another guy called Colin who served us and he was a credit to the team for his personable and genuine manner. Was a bit gutted that the restaurant was out of fries, but these things can’t be helped occasionally. Hope to come back again sometime. Cheers!

Waited 20 mins, still no food, so when we asked about it, they didn't have our order!! Had to order again but the chicken burger I ordered was now sold out so had to order a beef burger. It was tasteless, zero seasoning! I had to pile on mayo to make it have a taste! Very disappointed and at £9.99 I'd expect much better quality and service!

Customer service was excellent.Employees did not wear gloves while handling food (meats, egg, pastries).Their process to distribute food needs improvement. Utilizing a numbering or naming system would prevent travelers from grabbing similar orders out of turn.

Huge queue and one member of staff serving and one making the food as the other 2 had made a huge sing and dance about going somewhere else. This made service incredibly slow which, for the overpriced and relatively tasteless result, was not worth the effort. The rolls that the food (ultimate breakfast butty) is served on are clearly the smallest possible so as to make it look as if the food quantity is massive when, in actual fact, the quantity is not that big. Try a bigger softer roll and a decent quantity with a reduced price and it might be worth it to come back. There is certainly nothing ultimate about it and it’s also most certainly not the tastiest thing in the word either. The 2 staff I spoke with were great - no issue with them at all and they were the only positive. .Would Income back - NO. I get that airports are more expensive but this place, seriously???? An overpriced burger joint disguised as a breakfast restaurant living off the shadow of a tv presenter.

Better than burger king but boy do you pay for the convenience. Had the chicken burger, was good. Burger and a drink came to £15 (no fries). Nice enough place to wait for a flight but tables could do with more of a wipe as they were full of crumbs.

Lovely latte made by Kerry-Ann and she even spelled my name properly! 😊 friendly staff and a nice relaxed atmosphere, much nicer than the usual coffee chains at airports. Very clean-saw staff cleaning continually. Definitely recommend!

I choose this cafe at Glasgow Airport because it’s quiet and relaxing. Nice cappuccino and friendly staff. Suzanne served me today. Lovely lady busying around tidying up and was very nice when she asked if I’d like to leave a review.

I never actually got to eat today, an extremely rude server called Debbie McFell asked me to leave as I’d placed my bags beside a table and was seated at another, I was asked to move my bags even though the restaurant was completely empty, When asked for a refund stating that the lady should not be public facing with that type of attitude I was threatened with security, I would have loved to try the food the servers behaviour was totally out of order!I am a very frequent traveller be won’t ever return to this restaurant whilst this lady is serving!!ThanksMr Bray
