Kfc in Renfrewshire

Shocking what a waste of £38 burger bun solid .chicken cold .fries unedable..we got it delivered ..i am about 5 mins away.

Really slow to be served.waited over 37 minutes to get my order.

Food was Luke warm waited 15 minutes in drive thru for a singular flaming wrap. They are prioritizing delivery drivers than cars waiting in drive thru

It's brilliant and u can dine in takeaway but it's not s drive throw o don't think N it all just been done up in my& out side so sjay if you don't ok me ho mmm 3 to hat dinner fixed it's ok N babyG

This place is fairly local and I’ve probably given it the benefit of the doubt one too many times for that reason now, but after my last visit I don’t think I’ll bother being back. My food out of this kfc is always cold or just wrong. My last order I got no Mayo on one of my mini fillet burgers and my other one was totally plain? Also the smallest portion of chips I’ve ever seen with the meal and received none of the sides we paid for (two gravy’s and dips) but this was only noticed by the time we got home.I’ve also had some issues with hygiene and cleanliness when sitting in previously (last time I was there there was a spider and webbing in the corner of the booth and messy toilets. however, this place has recently been refurbished and I haven’t sat in since, Would honestly give no stars if I could.

After a bad experience previously with this store, missing meals, decided to try them again and guess what ....yup ..... missing meal and a couple of other bits, do the orders not get checked by staff before handing them over to Just Eat, can't phone cause no one answers, didn't even give the driver the receipt ticket with instructions for finding house, and ignoring any allergy advice on order, again can't call them. I understand they were busy tonight, previous nights not the case. Time this store was closed for a bit and everyone retrained. Would like to give minus stars but unfortunately I can't. I'm sure the youngsters that work there are very nice and are being let down badly by their area management teams

Terrible service. Ordered 4 meals and when I got home only 3 in the bag. Tried to call but no answer. Had to drive all the way back and then wait on it being made. Had to wait until all of the just eat mob were served as well as the drive thru before getting the meal I was owed. Extra 45 minutes wasted. Check your order totally before leaving and never trust them when they say it's all there.

Just collected box meals, took them home, found out the gravy was extremely runny. In fact, the last time I saw something that colour and consistency I had gastric flu.

Slower than a week in jail, but the food was half decent, certainly better than the dog food Darnley store 🤢🤮

Had a delivery from this fast food KFC last night... delivery arrived on time. Not a lot of chips, and the chips looked like they had sat around for a while. Burger was OK and warm, piece of chicken was good, gravy tasted nice. Seems a ok place to order from.
