McDonald's in Renfrewshire

Only put 1 star to leave a review, it should allow you to deduct them! Place is an utter shambles! Ordered 2 meals, Mcchicken sandwich and mozzarella dippers, they sent us 1 happy meal!! That we didn't even order! No help from the restaurant, they couldn't care less! But quick enough to take your money then you have to wait up to a week to get it back!! Times are hard enough without paying for dinner that doesn't arrive then having to wait until your money is refunded! They should be made to take responsibility and once contacted send out peoples food! Not disregard them saying (we're really busy tonight) then hanging up!Budy doing what exactly? Cos it ain't sending out peoples orders so much for fast food more like fast rip off!People should boycott restaurants that don't take responsibility!

I got disappoint i waiting 30 minute for coffe. Radically totally awful, never ever again. I just want to say that before i love that McDonalds , but now they more care about home delivery services than customers who wanted buy by the counter.

INCOMPETENT MUPPETS AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Used the drive-thru, ordered various items including chicken big mac meal. No receipt was offered or provided. Got home to find the chicken big mac was not in the bag, on top of which the fries boxes were filled to half way. I contacted customer service who would not provide a refund for my order. Joke

chicken selects and fries were stale and soggy, even fresh at a peak time. also a mess waiting in the parking lot. Worst mcdonalds around

Ordered a large chicken select meal via drive through on Friday night. I got home and no sauce . Phoned up to complain and staff not interested. Paid for sauce but not given it . Just told that the staff were very busy . No refund or anything offered . Disgraceful attitude and simply not the best experience . Also food cold . Avoid this place !

I think your staff do a wonderful job, often under pressure. My one minor criticism is that often when I get home with my treat there is always something missing apart from that you should give your staff a descent wage as you make massive profits and if it wasn't for your staff you wouldn't be able to keep up with the demand. I do not work for McDonalds I am just giving my honest opinion.

The drive through was very busy but it was so organised with 2 guys organising all the cars into the drive through. The staff were under a lot of pressure i presume but remained calm & pleasant to the customers. Order was correct & food was hot.

Very disappointed customer this is 3rd time going into order meals for kids, had to wait as again so busy with all delivery drivers in picking up orders on last visit also ordered ice creams which were ready 8 mins before getting the meals when I said to the employee a manager came in and said rudely we are very busy. I do see that on the 3 occasions but it's delivery taking priority and think it's shocking 🤔

Just got my order and missing my double cheeseburger and received mayo chicken instead. Cant stand mayo chicken. How hard can it be to make a cheeseburger, anymore than 3 items ordered and its pot luck. Not the first time this branch has got my order wrong. Wont be using you again.

AVOID! This place at all cost they cannot get a simple order right ordered a double big mac and they gave me a normal bic mac in a double big mac box it's a bloody joke not even worth a star pathetic so avoid at all cost o and the food was mediocre buns were a tad burnt so Avoid
