Took one in a half hours to get to my house while I’m in Houston which is no joke a 1 n a half minute journey delivery driver should loose his job he was saying he couldn’t find my house on the MAIN ROAD of Houston got me to walk outside and go up one street to see the street next to me name completely unprofessional do not recommend and a complete thumbs down will not be going ever again

Good Indian food delivery. Fair prices and good flavors

Order of just eat when the order arrived the pizza was burn and cold. Chips were cold and the garlic bread was cold. Will not be ordering again from original India.

Have used this company since June never had an issue until a couple of weeks ago Original India is shocking service terrible staff rude unhelpful and couldn’t give two monkeys what you think i would honestly give them minus 5 Stars🤬 and just to say sadly i was forced to give a one star because it wouldn’t let me post it with a zero star 🤦‍♂️

Recently moved to area and ordered from Original India twice now. The entire service of the restaurant right through to the food is outstanding! Food is always fresh, piping hot and tasty! Delivery is always prompt and drivers very friendly! 5 stars!

My husband picked up two Korma last night at 5.30 pm. This was the worst Indian food we have everhad. The Lamb was very poor quality. Chicken dry. Rice was clummpy and dry . We have been ill overnight. Had to throw £ 28 worth of food in the bin. I would have done a better job with some shop bought jar sauce. DO NOT EAT HERE .

DO NOT ORDER!!! Since changing ownership about a month or two ago this place has became a shambles, used to work here for 3 years as a delivery driver and occasionally helped clean the dishes, was always my go to Indian restaurant. Been waiting for 2 pizzas to be delivered for 5 hours now, phoned 30 times between my mum and myself and got through once only for the staff member to be nothing but rude to me down the phone. My gran has now went to bed without dinner because of how long it's taken. Will never be ordering again and I suggest to anyone wants an Indian takeaway to order from "Original Chillie's" just 5 minutes up the road from here as this is now beyond a joke. SHOCKING.

!!! AVOID !!!We placed an order on just eat at 18:20 and the delivery time was set as 19:20. Restaurant updated delivery to 19:50. Order didn’t arrive and the shop’s phone lines weren’t taking calls (left voicemail). I requested update via just eat and the restaurant said delivery would be around 21:25 and apologised. Still no delivery come 21:25 and unable to contact restaurant (left another message).Order arrived 4 and a half hours after it was placed. We refused it at the door (having gone elsewhere). The driver replied “gonnae stop f**king phoning us you’re wasting our time” - even though I’ve yet to actually speak to anyone! Driver proceeded to shout at us, swear and make threats!I left another message at the shop advising we have refused the delivery and asked for a refund.Have looked at the long list of just eat reviews of them from tonight and yesterday and can see that they’ve failed to delivery many orders, and haven’t been communicating.4.5 hours without any sort of contact is unacceptable, and the driver’s attitude is appalling.

First time we ordered from Original India it took 3 hours to arrive, the food was good so we thought we would give it one more try assuming the first time was unusual. As I type it's been an hour an a half since it was supposed to arrive and I phoned half an hour ago and was told it would be here any minute. Won't be ordering again.

Shambles! Ordered 17:50, delivery eta 19:05, modified to 20:05 still not delivered! 11 attempts to get through by phone, when they actually answered the guy said it was out for delivery although the app said delivered, i said cancel, he rested the phone on the counter and walked away as the staff made lots of noise with pots & pans in the background!Food was never delivered!They've also removed my review from Just Eat.Don't pay this mob by pre pay, pay by cash as the chances are you wont get you food!Avoid at all costs - total joke! If i could leave zero stars i would!.Now having to try and get a refund - wish me luck!
