Pizza Hut in Renfrewshire

Great pizzas and lovely staff.

Call twice no answer. Arrive in store to staff texting. When they pull a head up they only converse with the delivery driver who just walked in. What awful service. I walked out without ordering

I order from pizza hut all the time but a joke now. Called at 3.30pm and was told 45 min delivery. Got pizza a 5.15pm. It was cold and half burnt. I won't be ordering again.

Collected my order and arrived home to find they had put cheese on my vegan pizza. When we phoned we were told to come back in 10 minutes to get a replacement.My partner went in this time, but came back unhappy with the service he received. No other customers were there and the staff didn’t look busy through the back but nobody came over. 5minutes after ringing the bell, waiting to be served, a staff member finally came, said it wouldn’t be long and rolled his eyes. 15minutes from letting them know was fine but it took almost half an hour to get resolved.Another staff member came saying it would be 5 mins.Eventually we got it, looked a mess though and was missing half the toppings.Also then given a garlic dip that wasn’t vegan…

Just received my order, mac n cheese, 🙄 honestly there was enough in it to feed a 4yr old, first and LAST time

Slightly disappointed here, I know.. it's pizza hut what do you expect? But no, seriously, a soggy base with a missing stuffed crust was what we were greeted with, won't be returning to this particular one. Sorry to be harsh, but it is what it is.

Cold burnt pizza (thin crust not classic as ordered) with completely melted ice cream delivered late.

Nothing but bad mistakes made by the manager, had a few bad experiences now , recently my friends and I ordered, we had a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream to be delivered with our order. The order had been placed over an hour ago so we phoned to ask when it would be delivered as there is a small baby that we didn’t want to disturb, we were told that our order would be here in 10 minutes. The order came but the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream was missing and we were told at the door there was no icecream left. So obviously we gave the driver the money and phoned Pizza Hut where we were directly put on the phone to Kimberly the manager, Kimberly told us there was icecream in the freezer, the driver must not have seen and that she would send the driver back to the door with the icecream for free, I don’t understand why we couldn’t have been told on the phone 10 minutes earlier. Half an hour later the driver returned with our icecream and said that he was just on the phone to Kimberly, she had told him we would have to pay for it. We assumed this was not the drivers fault so we gave him the money for our icecream. Again we had to phone and ask why we had to pay for our icecream. After a ten minute conversation Kimberly tells us that she will bring our money for the icecream another icecream, cherry coke and a free margerhita pizza also a huge apology as it ended up being around half 12 when she came. We were extremely satisfied with this until we have recently called Pizza Hut to order and Kimberly has ‘barred’ us to order which we were very confused about. Definitely will not order from here again. Shocking service and lack of communication between staff. I do not recommend this pizza hut to anyone.

Ordered pizza just after 10pm, only live 10 minutes away. Called about 22:30 to make sure the order had went through because the app had messed up, was told it had and it wouldn’t be any later than 45 minutes. It’s now 23:50, no food has turned up, the store has closed. Luckily we chose cash payment so we haven’t lost any money. Terrible service. Will not be using again.

Pizzas are ok. I wouldn't go out my way. They did do 5.99 pizzas for any size and topping for a while. I used that a lot. They have got rid of that, so I go to dominoes just down the road now.
