Great food, fairly priced and polite-friendly service. The shop/restaurant is very clean. The spicy mandarin sauce is a personal favourite. Could take a bath in that gear!

We have used rhe River village for years. Been hit and miss. Have had beautiful Chicken and mushroom lately. But tonight we ordered lemon chicken. It arrived STONE cold with dried up bits with the batter hanging off it!! Shocking. I rang to complain and to say it was being returned. The woman was quite rude o rhe phone saying it couldn't be cold as jist boxed and out!! She would refund. Never again. !!happened too often

Distinctly Average.Eaten here a couple of times since the dreaded Covid arrived, and yes large portions but not the best in the area, the best of two in Erskine.Prices have also risen.Will be heading to Bishopton for my next Chinese takeaway.

Placed order and food arrived in around 40 mins, however we could have mind we could have walked there in.10. Food was cold...had to microwaves all the food to get it hot. I only used this restaurant as the Pearl River was constantly engaged. Worst decision ever. £18.65 for cold food. Sadly the chicken in my curry was all breast which was very bland. Will not order from here ever.

Great takeaway food, used to be a great restaurant too, but sadly no longer. Phone lines are sometimes super busy on weekend evenings so either keep trying alot or head down and order. Food is delicious!!

This place is fantastic! Seriously better than any Chinese takeaway in Glasgow. We've ordered different meals on three separate occasions and the food is consistenly amazing! The ingredients always seem quite fresh the chefs really know what they're doing. 5 stars only because 6 isn't an option.
