Aladdin Hot For You in West Dunbartonshire

Terrible, horrible, vile service! Every time we order from Aladdins they get the order wrong. The guy on the phone is so rude, I'm surprised they haven't sacked him yet. Placed another order after months and yes, they got the order wrong. Call in to be told that we always have a problem, we should go somewhere else! The lot of you should be sacked and replaced with people who know what manners are! One star is too good for you!

Just phoned for a pizza not even a hello how can i help you ,then told to wait .waited then immediately asked "what you having" ordered then was cut off as i said thank you. Obviously common curtousy as paying customer doesnt extend to Alladins cos they certainly arent magic . Last time in ordering please do like wise

Ordered online at 12.23pm tonight of chips cheese and donner meat large n a donner kebab with salad n sauce regular and you have taken £17.40 from my sons account and you have not delivered my order. Will be phoning you upon opening tomorrow for an explanation and money back.

DO NOT ORDER!!!! This place is a complete shambles placed an order for a pizza they decided that because i paid card they wouldn't bother delivering it as money was already in their hands phoned up to ask why it wasn't delivered and the guy on the phones response was "its not my problem".

Service of this place is shocking. Attitude absolutly stinks. No customer sevice & Food always cold. Dont waste your money

The food and service here are both great food is always hot and just really good. I ordered Casopollo Pizza from this takeaway food was so fresh and tasty and delivery was quick. I love it I'll come back soon.

Great food, honestly, food is always hot and just really good.Now, here's the big BUT...they're just rude well, one guy in particular.He sounds bored sh1*l3ss I've lost count of the amount of times they lift the phone then put it down again when attempting to order a delivery and we've come to expect the warm, friendly greeting of "Aye? whit dae ye want?". I start telling him my order and after each item I get a "Whit else?", "Whit else", "Whit else". To end the call I say "Than....." I never usually get any further because they just put the phone down.I thought I was the only one that this happened to but the same thing happens when a friend of mine calls too.The other guy who takes orders couldn't be more different. He's super polite and always helpful, a really lovely guy and certainly a way better choice than the miserable fanny who usually grunts down the line.

It used to be good but we feel the Aladdin is starting to go down hill a bit recently with the main meals are bland with not much depth of flavour. The vegetable pakora has been in the fryer too long (dark and overcooked). The batter used for the chicken and mushroom pakora is dry and inedible. However we give it a 3 star as the pizzas are still good and the service from the Aladdin is quick and friendly.

Had a 12inch munchy box, dissapointed with quality, veg pakora burnt and tasteless, chicken pakora very dry and donner meat dry and cold, half the box was chips! Defo won't use again.

I had takeaway last night pizza was nice but over £7 for a 7inch chicken and pineapple pizza was a total rip off. And whoever took the order failed to write the address properly delivery driver called from different block . Sorry nice but not worth worth the money
