Balloch House in West Dunbartonshire

I had hunters chicken, it was the best ive had in a long time. Hubby had chicken & mushroom pie this looked so delicious we are going back tomorrow so i can try it. Daughter had kids pizza it was plentyful & she finished it so i assume it was great. Friendly staff & you definitely get a decent meal for the price.

Great place for family Dinner. Free parking spaces. Great hosting staff and helpful. Place smile old need some updating but food is good.

Enjoyed dinner for two last night - the food was lovely and drinks were good too. The service from the waiter (Jamie I think) was great, he’s got a lovely personality and happy to have a joke with you whilst being professional. Definitely recommend ;-)

Quiet on our visit during the week a Wednesday night. Meals where beautiful and well worth the money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Covid precautions in place and parking easy and on the premises. All round nice place.

Great pub with log fire very friendly host and welcoming staff and beautiful surroundings outdoors. Would highly recommend the food as well of great choice of quality drinks. One of the dog friendly pubs in area also a bonus ! Would definitely return ! Many thanks

Great Sunday roast dinner , really friendly service and the place really is stunning. Great location they also have live sports and cold beers on draft, also loch lomond brewery served here which is a huge plus.

A chance find on a trip and a fantastic find for food. A picturesque pub (gastropub?) that is also an inn (hotel?) We were able to walk in and take advantage of the outdoor seating to enjoy a hearty and generous meal. The salad came with a whole fish fillet, the roast was great (perfect potatoes, vegetables finished with a little frying, lovely Yorkshire pudding,great gravy, generous portion of meat (two slices melted to perfection, a third was a little fatty and veiny)). The burger actually looked like the lightest option (and also caused some food envy). Service was top notch and they really went the extra mile for us (so a direct thank you to them). Would certainly go back (but wouldn't eat for a day before).
