Used to love Dominos as you could rely on proper quality and fresh ingredients, but as of recently the carelessness is appalling, firstly couldn't place an order for over an hour and the website was adamant my card was invalid so phoned store as I knew it was the websites problem and was told it's going on and offline constantly, after finally managing to place the order the driver couldn't find my address even though there's a clear difference between the address on the other end of the estate, when I opened my pizza I noticed I wasn't given what I had paid for, which has been the case 4 or 5 times in a row now after thinking it'll be better each time, I phoned the store and made a complaint about the order and it not being the first time and was sent another pizza which was smaller than the original and never received the rest of the refund I asked for, throughout the two other pizzas that were included in the order none of them included sweetcorn but on the Absolute Banger there was sweetcorn pieces scattered amongst the slices, hidden as if they're too lazy to put together an actual decent, edible meal. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Can be expensive but if you manage to get an offer. Pizza good , son loves them 4 stars.Updated we have ordered the last couple of times items missed from our orders our pizza on our order tonight were so disappointing, I have had frozen pizza that tastes better . I will not be ordering again it was an expensive mistake.

Everytime I have ever had this pizza theres has hardly ever been enough cheese to cover the pizza. One time even I got home an when I opened the box there was literally no cheese 😑. Don't think I'll be eating here again for very long time

Pretty expensive place to get pizza. Best to wait until Tuesday to get one free for two for Tuesday’s. if you’re getting the pizzas delivered I recommend ordering on the app as they always seem to come quicker than if you phone in. If you wish to phone expect it to take anything up to an hour and a half to get your food.Food quality 6/10Service 6/10Speed 4/10Price 3/10Variety 8/10Overall pretty mediocre but if you’re looking for variety this might be the place for you.

Ordered a double decadence and there was no sauce between the bases. Not very little - NO sauce. Took it back in and staff offered to make another - which had so little sauce it had completely evaporated or been absorbed by the base by the time I'd begin eating it. Keeps happening, thought it would have been addressed by now. Complaints with pictures posted on twitter several times already. Extremely poor quality food; very much well below that of budget frozen pizza standard. To think that Domino's once competed with Pizza Hut is now utterly laughable.

Absolutely awful service, complete chaos in the store, lots of staff, probably too many but can't keep up with orders. I travelled 12 miles to get a pizza only to be told, can't take any orders, that's ok but don't leave me standing like a complete idiot for 5 mins. Had terrible service last time and was ignored again, will not ever be back as simple normal courtesy is somewhat lacking. 1 customer was even given her pizzas free as they had messed up her order. Training asap for the huge amount of staff required asap. Dreadful experience 😒

Ordered on line.Chaos in the store when I arrived despite the vast number of people working there. They couldn't keep up with the orders and insisted on answering the phone instead of dealing with customers who wanted to buy food or, like me, were there to pick food which was ready and waiting! I waited for 15 minutes looking at my pizzas before they would give me them AND THEN THEY HAD THE ORDER WRONG!!!!!If it hadn't been meant as a treat for my children, I would have cancelled the order.I will not be back.
