KFC in West Dunbartonshire

25 minute wait at the drive through today. No appology for the wait. When we got home two items missing from the order. Third time in a row now the order has been missing items. Done with this outlet. I'll goto Clydebank in future.

This KFC outlet is consistent...consistent in getting the order wrong. I cannot remember the last time my order was correct first time. It doesn't matter if we use the drive thru or order using Uber Eats or Just Eat, it will consistently be wrong....and they maintained their standard again tonight!!!!

Food is oky , not really a big fan of KFC, been there with my sister in law's son for a quick bite before we head to Dumbarton castle , we downloaded the Android app and found some really good deals 👍 , the food was ok, service was fine and fast, well its a fast food place after all 😋Only problem is when we went to the washroom to wash our hands it was dirty and very smelly, the soap dispenser was broke and empty 👎And it totally put us off , had to go to the car to grab some hand sanitizer..

Ordered a Kfc at 8pm it is now 9.45pm and still waiting.. 😡 phoned to ask what the hold up was? No one to answer the phone.. the service is a disgrace I will be getting in touch with head office to complain.. seriously avoid as you’ll die of starvation. 😡😡😡

The family love KFC as an occasional treat but the Dumbarton outlet is quite disappointing. Long wait at the counter 25 minutes or so is common. Drive through is normally quicker but it is 50/50 they will get the order right. No card payments today, menu items not available and order missing item again when we got home. They seem to prioritise deliveries, drive through and only then counter customers.

We went and our first impressions was dirty and that was proven as soon as we went inside. The toilet we disgusting, smelly, the taps were broken so water went everywhere. In the ladies toilet the toilet role holder was broken , none of the taps or hand dryers worked. So as we went to order we tried to get the attention of one of the employees to order she told us that she “ was to busy to serve us” as she was prioritising the drive through and delivery’s. We thought the attitude of the employees was appalling and we couldn’t imagine what the kitchen was like as we saw what the public area was like. The floors felt like the washed with wd40 which made our exit even faster as we skated out the door to macdonalds next door. Never going there again!!!!!

7 times out of 10 they get my order right. Lets try and get that a bit bitter. Just been to the drive through. Asked for 2 mini fillets with hashbrown and cheese. Anything else? Yes my bloody hash browns I just asked for! They all still drunk from Saturday night in there or What? need to stop hiring special needs staff or atleast make sure they are supervised if they are going to be allowed to take orders. New managemnet required i think.

Needs a clean, biggest problem was ourselves and a few other people stood waiting to be served for about 20 minutes. There were only about 3 deliveroo orders to be processed and there were multiple staff just standing that didn't say a word to us. Don't waste your time. Everytime we've been it's been the same. Just walked out

Like the rest of the branches, the food is delicious, but I always see notes on the cleanliness and the smell of the place, and also the soap in the handwasher was empty and broken.

Good KFC, helpful staff and quick service. It was quiet when we visited at about 8pm on a Saturday, and the tables were clean and food fresh. If you want to try something newer there I recommend the Sweet Chili Wrap
