KFC in West Dunbartonshire

Gravy portions are half the tub ordered 2 zinger burger got 2 fillet burgers went back and they swapped them with somebody else's order who probably got he with 2 fillets instead of zingers!?

Worst KFC out had issues wae ordering the girl wouldn't talk to us got the order wrong n when we got the food it looked boggin I had to take my meal back in for a refund as it was cold n looked off, customer service is non existent, cooking is not to any standard, and no one cares at all got a refund n ran

Fed up with all the KFC doing this, but today won. Tea no sugar, no stirrer, then no sauce and the best yet, 'finger lickin good,' no napkins. You drive away everytime thinking its all going to be there!!! Oh and no cutlery for coleslaw/ beans. Don't know how your meant to eat it in your car nicely.

Like most people, surprised its still trading. Got another order wrong. Saying directly to their face doesn't seem enough to get an order correct. Apparently a 10 piece bucket sounds exactly as saying 6 piece. Hmm. Seems after countless times in getting orders wrong they still can't up their game. Very dissapointed customer. And no I don't want to travel miles just for 4 pieces. You should have done your job correctly...

I hate it here so much, got begged to go to kfc for a change from McDonald’s but I’ve had so many bad experiences here. From waiting 30+ mins at the drive through to being verbally abused by staff at the window. On the cards today was having to clean the tables myself, deal with slow moving staff who seemingly don’t care at all. Dirty looking place, doesn’t look like anyone cleans. Only saving grace was hot food. Just don’t come here

Had enough… asked for 2 variety meals and received 1 piece of boneless in each the remainder was chicken wings. No large on bone chicken as in breast or drumsticks. Mistakes happening to often and quality is poor. This is poor management. Won’t be back. Shocking all round as I had to wait ten mins on the drive through.

This KFC outlet is consistent...consistent in getting the order wrong. I cannot remember the last time my order was correct first time. It doesn't matter if we use the drive thru or order using Uber Eats or Just Eat, it will consistently be wrong....and they maintained their standard again tonight!!!!

Waited 10 minutes at the drive through before order got taken.. and it was not busy.Only one in the que.Asked for large softdrink "we cant do that"Paid for large fries. My kid got more fries than me .Krushems machine not working.Had to go back and ask for napkins& sauce, salt.At the time it was Just an inconvenience to be honest.

Like the rest of the branches, the food is delicious, but I always see notes on the cleanliness and the smell of the place, and also the soap in the handwasher was empty and broken.

Good KFC, helpful staff and quick service. It was quiet when we visited at about 8pm on a Saturday, and the tables were clean and food fresh. If you want to try something newer there I recommend the Sweet Chili Wrap
