I'm.a techno fobe had to ask young staff member Euan to help with ordering the food from.the screens great visit

12pm on a Thursday - 16 minute wait at drive-thru for 1 item and a drink. This is the second time service has been unacceptably slow in my last two visits. What is happening here?, used to be able to deliver 'fast' food!

Not had food at took my £16.83 and not got back and got McDonalds tonight and no juice its bad so don't order from McDonald's cause they will forget food and food has been cold and missing items

Stopped in for a bite to eat and was pleasantly surprised at the genuinely friendly service, and after a very enjoyable meal as I was leaving i used the facilities and again was pleasantly surprised by the high standard of cleanliness. This 5 star award is a first for me . Well done Dumbarton macDees 👍

This place is a shambles and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Only use if you are really hungry and Greggs across the car park is closed. Where they are only too happy to take your money.

Rubbish...given 1 wrong item in bag but charged for other item which was dearer..receipt In bag was completely for different order didn't notice till half way home or would have went back..young lad slid window open and just handed bag and said "here.." shut window and walked away.no manners what so ever.

Me and my wife used there drive through service last sunday. Have spent the week recovering from food poisoning, Its been a nightmare. Mcdonalds, train your staff the basics of food hygiene and how to disinfect work surfaces. Will never be using this one again

Ordered a delivery today £28 came late the juice was spilt and in the food order not heat bag no mask worn by driver phoned up McDonald’s to see about it getting re delivered or a refund to be told that I need to take it up with Uber as it’s them that deal with these problems staff was rude and wasn’t interested in my complaint got the number for head office be grudgingly still no further on we are all still hungry and I am £28 out of pocket total disgrace I won’t be returning again and neither will the 5 other people who this has effected

Delivery was quick but every time the orders missing stuff wether it be all the sauces which has just happened again as id the actual happy meal box missing plus the toy.... which dosnt generally bother me.. however a screaming 3 year old wasn't happy. Like why is so to get it right??! but generally good otherwise but yeah Donald duck if everything is coming
