Absolutely fantastic staff, very friendly and hard working. A lovely place with a great atmosphere and great food and drinks. A special mention to our friends at the Queen for Danielle, Kirsty, Holly, Molly, Mackenzie, Harry, Chris, Jayson, Eva, Jodie and big Chris.

We had a delightful stay at queen of the loch the staff were lovely and so accommodating the entire stay. We had dinner in the evening however were disappointed we were unable to order the meal of our choice due to them running low on a few things! This is the only negative I would have as our room was very comfortable and over all we had a lovely relaxing experience. We look forward to booking again.

We got married this week, and started our trip to Scotland here. What a delight! The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Eva. The room was large and very comfortable. There was an excellent selection of food for dinner, and we both enjoyed our meals very much. The hotel is also very close to everything. We recommend this hotel and restaurant, and will definitely be coming back in future.

Lovely atmosphere, food was great and staff were really attentive. Jodie in particular went out her way to ensure I had a safe dining experience with having a severe nut allergy and she was wonderful with my daughter who is only 2. Will be coming back couldn't fault it at all!

Excellent place, place is spacious and comfortable and beautifully decorated throughout. Toilets are very clean. The staff are very polite and attentive and you don't feel like they are hovering over you which can be annoying. The food was absolutely amazing! And portions were large and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place and will continue to return when I am in balloch

We walked in with no booking about 10am for breakfast and we were welcomed with a very cheery smile. Service was excellent and staff so lovely considering the early Sunday morning. It’s the first time we have been here but would definitely come back. Breakfast was gorgeous. Thank you.

Well on the booking form I asked for a table away from the kids play area. Not for any other reason than that my father is hard of hearing and when children are in the play area he cannot hear anything because of his hearing aid. Arrive only to be shown to the table closest to the kids play area 🤦🏻‍♂️I informed the waitress of my request but was informed the rest of the areas were closed.Surely a table in a surrounding area could have been sourced. The restaurant was relatively empty. The food was great and the service was attentive as always.

Room was spotless, plenty of fresh towels and comfy bed. Nice hot shower. Goid lighting and plug sockets available.Hairdryer in room. Lovely pub serving food next door, reasonable price carveryunder £10 and good quality. Would definitely recommend this place and will return myself. Staff friendly they chatted away to us very welcoming. Although some restrictions during covid facilities still available. Just nice to get change of scene and back to normality.

My friend and I had a lovely small carvery and dessert after. I do love that there is usually quite a good selection of veg, although i do much prefer it with 'honey-glazed' carrots than plain. I always think they are quite stingy with the meats at Marstons, and really enjoy their ham best of all. My dessert was carrot cake, which was just delicious and highly recommended, and of a generous portion size too. Staff were very friendly and all covid regulations appeared to be adhered to. I loved the fact that it was dog friendly too.
