Spice of Life in West Dunbartonshire

The food IS good but I just waited TWO HOURS for a delivery! My advice is DO NOT place your order on their website because once they've got your money your order goes on the back burner while they deal with cash orders. Or, better yet, just don't order from here at all. There's plenty of other places nearby that are just as good so, why bother?

Phoned for a delivery paid by card, 3 phone calls n an hour n a half later driver turns up looking for cash, haven’t got any cash, the screaming demon (resembles female) takes phones calls says I better pay for it or I’m barred. 10/10 for customer service 😂

Been fishing on local river when decided to grab some food from local takeaway. Decided to try it there as I fancied a bit of mixed doner. Staff looked a bit confused when I asked for mixed doner but what I got in the end was amazing. Best doner I've ever had and portion was massive.Well satisfied

The food is amazing for here and the staff are awesome. Not once has my order been wrong or missing anything. The food is cooked perfectly every time. Also the shop it's self is immaculately clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to any add-ons you want to your order or adjusted in any way. This is now my got to takeaway 😁🤟

Never once had a bad meal.Foods always delivered quickly, piping hot and delicious!Great value for money also.Me and my kids all love it.👍

I got kebab and it was hard and did not taste very nice at all it was like 2 days old kebab meat but the pizza was very good as always

It's been 1.5 hours and food still not here. Just been told it's on it's way from the abysmal customer service. Had a similar issue when we used this calamity of a place to provide food for a party, it showed up late and again customer service was a disgrace. Last time I will order from here, absolutely shocking, arrogant and rude treatment of customers who have paid good money for fast food only for it to become slow food. Dont waste your money, go to one of the other reputable places in the local area and boycott this joke of an outfit.

Well where can i start....First of all i was extremely disappointed with the customer service i have recieved from then Spice of life Staff first of allni ordered my 'dinner' Approximately 19.15 to be then told it was delivered two hours later. What was a lie from the driver and staff. We called back in relation to our food bearing in mind its two hours later to be advised the driver would call us with our food. Another 20 mins went by and a new driver came with our reheated cold chips and pizza .. btw was less toppings thannwe agreed so overcharged over waited waste of £27. I will now be visiting again.

Overall if I was going to reccomend spice of life in the Vale, I'd reccomend you eat from somewhere else.Terrible foodI ordered pilau rice, a thick bhuna sauce, welldone garlic naan and well done vegetable pakora. Very specific order as im a weird with textures.What I recieved was rice which was overcooked and in major clumps which not even a mash down with a fork would break through.My bhuna sauce WAS THICK..It just WASN'T Bhuna, more of a patia sauce with its sweetness and bright red colour. My garlic naan was stodgy and doughy and the garlic butter was piled on, which I wouldn't normally have an issue with, but the butter hadnt even melted and just sat on the bread looking lit who flung dungThen my veg pakora...stodgy and quite tasteless.Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

Fast food as it should be FAST.Nice & tasty doner. Not tried any thing elese yet.
