Total waste of money first time trying the place tiny portions bland tastless foodI don't complain often but called up to ask for refund to be told a could get a curry a said no coz my complaint is the food is tasteless then was told I wouldn't be getting a refund! Sitting here contemplating bagging the waste up walking in with it and throwing it at them 3 of us never eat it ! Ragen will be slagging it off to death !

They or he made abusive slurs and rude remarks at us because we wanted two portions of chips and two drinks. It started with "is that All you are going to have..?" After telling him a couple of times this was our order (he kept being rude to us), he started clicking his tongue at us several times which is extremely rude in Chinese culture! Never mind going silent to make us change our minds. He also gave us a intimidating angry stare.He made us feel very uncomfortable throughout that experience. Please talk to your customers with more respect and manners.. without being rude. It was his attitude that was the problem, not the menu..Oh also forgot to mention had to wait ages to be served when we first arrived at the restaurant.Also BTW the drinks are 3.50.. for 1He fell on his arse later so I guess that was paybackHe is just thinking about profit.

Excellent meal,Excellent service,read a few bad reviews on here earlier,and to be honest,couldn't understand where the hell these reviews came from,i have been here a good few times before and never found any faults wotsoever,long may it continue.

Went for an evening meal on 21/2/22 with family from England. Excellent service. Waiting staff very polite and efficient. Very knowledgeable. Food was Excellent good presentation hot on arrival. Highly recommend the restaurant. My husband and our family have been using the restaurant for sound 30years. We use the restaurant for takeaways as well. Always happy with the food. Complimentary drinks at the end of the meal was the icing on the cake. Thank you all for a wonderful evening. Maria and Robert

This has got to be the worst Chinese food I have ever tasted couldn’t even eat the chicken, the waiter said I’ll get it taken off the bill which is understandable but no the boss said no as it’s only one complaint. The waiter apologised and said it’s the supplier poor quality. So never visit this place absolutely shocking.😡

This place is class. The service from the start was very friendly from Raymond who made good recommendations to us. We had the set meal for 2. Our gourmet sharing starter as seen in the picture came excellently presented, certainly a wow factor. The quality of the food through was superb, and the quantities were perfect. Evan the waiter was also pleasant too. We will certainly be back here again as it’s possibly the best Chinese food experience we’ve ever had. Thanks very much!

Absolutely fantastic. As soon as I walked through the door i was welcomed by a member of staff who promptly showed me to my table. I was asked what drink I would like and this was promptly served (bottle of tiger as the draught was off when i called). I ordered salt and chilli chicken wings which were superbly cooked. I had a chicken curry main with egg fried rice (I asked for this extra hot as I'm a bit of a spice freak) the main came and was delicious with extra peppers etc. All in all a brilliant experience (which is a lot more than I can say for the experience I had at the pub/Hotel to the left of here mentioning no names) keep up the great work guys 👍

Good chinese food for decent prices!

Four of us had meal on Saturday night hereGood points.Food was fabulous.Selection great.Service good.Top up off coffee on tapNot so good.Everything was at a rushed pace.Waitress at table too many times to see if that course was finished.Rice order not taken right had to ask for more rice.Again waitress at table too many times to see if we were finished. Made us feel we were holding them up.When coffee brought to table no separate cream had to use cream for dessert. Also no mint with coffee.Found prices for meal expensive.Bill not itemized.

One of the best chinese take away I ever had! Wish there could be one like this near where we live. I down my favourite Singaporean rice noodle in 5minutes 🤤 mussels are very well cleaned and fresh. Love the scallops too! Friendly staff and reasonable price.Will visit the restaurant when we next visit Loch Lomond
