Great all day breakfast. Very friendly, happy staff.

A lovely quiet room that was very clean, had a comfy bed and was in a great location in central Balloch.

Great food. Fish perfect. Steak also. And dessert as you see. Again 5 stars. Nice, cheerful cosy. I recommend.

1st time in here and wasn't disappointed. Covid-19 guidelines followed, staff extra friendly, service amazing and the food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced too!!Well worth a visit if you're in the area!!

Stopped here for lunch, fish and chips were delicious, freshly cooked, homemade max and cheese also amazing. Friendly staff, definitely recommend for food.

We came here for breakfast only and oh my... What a breakfast.Full breakfast and waffle with bacon... They nailed both.The full breakfast was on point, best one I've had so far. And the waffle with bacon and syrup... It was just brilliant.And the service was as good as the food, good job!10/10

Very clean room comfortable very warm soft bed ,good value. I will stay here again.Breakfasts delicious good price. But the table was sticky.I think it's sprayable sanitizer but left to dry ,perhaps it needs a dry cloth to Finnish it off.

Location is right in the middle of everything. Room is spacious and clean. Everything is great, from shower to hair-dryer, bed and pillows to complimentary coffee and tea. The lunch at restaurant was very tasty and well cooked too. So glad that we chose this hotel. The staff is always helpful and attentive. Highly recommended. 👍🏼
