Nice hotel and restaurant but basic which is good for walkers. However the staff seemed reluctant to make me a second cup of coffee.

Really nice wee place, the food is amazing. (Hebridean paella and that chicken for the win) They have plenty of space for parking big cars.

The warm friendliness of Isobel & Alan & the sheer quality of the seafood dishes are just outstanding. The rooms may not be the fanciest, but we were comfortable & slept well. Isobel’s ‘can do’ enthusiasm & her stunning breakfasts will set you up for the day!

Got a takeaway from here as they are currently only serving residents but they were friendly and accommodating. Especially appreciated as there are a shortage of places to eat for cyclist travelling through the islands. Had a gluten free curry option that was yummy and hit the spot.

Had a great meal here. I had the venison special and it was great - LOADS of venison that was so tender. Others in the party had Scampi and Chips and Fish and Chips. They raved about it. The chips in particular were so nice and homemade. The seafood is obviously local and fresh. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Great people!

What a perfect place to stay. The food was worthy of any Michelin restaurant in London. Isobel and Alan give you the warmest of welcomes. We will certainly be back and if your visiting the Uists, then this is definitely THE place to stay. The rooms are wonderful and sitting out on the decking, watching the sun going down, it's just magical. Highly recommended

Brilliant little place! Staff are really friendly and I have to say the quality of the food is phenomenal! For a small inn in the Outer Hebrides the quality of the food was what you'd expect staying at a 5* hotel in a big city and was really well priced too. The views are spectacular as well! Very impressed.

Rooms need a little updating but otherwise one of the best places on the island to stay. Isobel and Alan are very accommodating and are happy to assist in your questions about exploring the island (including when to go cockling!). The food is excellent - particularly the scallops im bacon and the Hebridean paella.

The Orasay Inn has a well deserved reputation for top class food and hospitality. The quality and variety of the food and particularly the fish and seafood was unsurpassed on our holiday in the Outer Hebrides. The proprietors are kind and welcoming. The Inn is very dog friendly and a "must" place to visit. A & E Smith with Harry

The hotel is pleasant and the owners are very friendly. The food is spectacular and always plenty of it. The full cooked breakfast is superb. The room I stayed in was at the end of the hotel with double doors that open onto a decking with stunning views.
