Al Raj Indian Restaurant in Highland

Overall a good meal. We ordered a take away and everything was piping hot and freshly prepared. My Ceylon vegetable curry was delicious, Channa Bhuna Chick Pea had just the right spiciness and onion bhaji really crispy. The chicken tikka masala was very pink but tasted good. I would go back and I would recommend

We went here whilst on holiday in Nairn for the week. Completely over priced for what it is. No kids menu. Owner extremely rude, felt rushed to eat and go. Didn't like the owners attitude towards his staff. Certainly won't be back.

Lovely food , great portion's , comfortable traditional decor and spotlessly clean . A good friendly welcome . If we're ever back in Nairn we will certainly return here.

Absolutely stunning food. Highly recommend. Went back the next night and got a takeaway for later in the week whilst on our road trip. Worth more than 5 stars.

Only gave it four stars because I've never had a sit in meal so can't say how the service is etc. but the take away meals was very nice and commendable.

Stopped by for takeaway during a week break to Nairn, was not disappointed. Ordered food for 6 people and every dish was brilliant. Staff were extremely friendly. Planning on going back again before leaving it was so good. Would highly recommend.

Huge Portions, way tasty but didnt like the corma. It Was Just very very sweet.

What a superb meal. The staff were wonderful. The food was made from scratch to cater gluten free for my daughter and grandchildren. I can't begin to thank the staff, it seems inadequate. The food here is exquisite.

Been to Nairn on holiday for a few years now tried every place to eat except this lovely and I mean lovely Indian restaurant. The owner and staff could not have been nicer and the food was excellent if you are in this town try this restaurant you will not regret it. 5 Star all the way.
