Allangrange Arms in Highland

Fab gastro pub lovely inside and FANTASTIC food. We will be back and tell all our friends . Shout out to Cassie our waitress who couldn't do enough for us .

The perfect place! We have been looking for a nice dog-friendly restaurant for a while and so happy to have found the Allangrange. The service was excellent with very nice front of house staff and the food was great too with many vegan & veggie options. The interior is also lovely and very cosy. Will definitely be back!

It's good to have a place like this up here, and generally the evening/meal was good, but there were a few aspects which could be improved:I had langoustines for starter and while they were pink on the shell, inside they were uncooked, white and mushy.The lamb rib main was mostly bone and gristle, and for £22, I wasn't too impressed. Well cooked this time though (pink, which I like in all but seafood).

I had nice carrot 🥕 and coriander soup and haggis pakoras which were tasty. I also had lovely tasting coffee ☕.

We had a lovely Festive meal and drinks. The food was very good, will definitely need to try other meals from the menu. Great staff working.

Fantastic evening spent with family. Our food was amazing and the staff were all so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Can highly recommend 👌

Excellent finish to a lovely day. Piano man played beautifully while we enjoyed fresh muscle starter, fish and Black Isle chips 😉 the selection of Pies... Wow! Steak pie it was.. , all just top notch :-)The atmosphere was chrismassy, and so relaxing.. very talented Piano Man and excellent staff made this visit 5*

I couldn't recommend this place enough. We shared a room with our two boys we all loved our stay. Very comfortable beautiful views. Cups cleaned every morning and breakfast bars and biscuits replenished. The staff were extremely friendly, we had a meal on the first night which was delicious. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Service was pretty poor. Felt like we were forgotten about. I ordered what was meant to be some sort of posh hot dog but it was really crusty bread with a kinda dry hot dog which came with no mention of any sauce or anything. I had asked for salt and vinegar for chips and sauce for hot dog which pretty much got ignored so had to ask another waitress for it. All that said I think this place has a lot of potential and hopefully I just caught it on an off day

Excellent service. I had the Haddock Wrap from the lunch menu - the haddock was cooked perfectly. Very reasonably priced with a lovely outdoor area. Dog friendly too.
