Arch Inn Restaurant in Highland

If you're only visiting to have a drink expect to be served after people eating. It wasn't busy at the bar but service was slow.

Very clean rooms . Looks like the whole place has just been done up. Friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast. Would have scored 5 if the resturant had been open for evening meals. Handy for ferry as only a 1min drive away.

Great place for a pint while in Ullapool...better than any of the others that are available at this moment

Beautiful and imaculate room with breakfast . Lovely location on the sea front. Nice bar but resteraunt closed out of season. However they did provide us with alternative venues open in winter for a meal. The only fault I could find was the hairdryer cord not long enough. I would definately recommend, but book so not dissapointed. Just lovely

Good comfy bed and good hot showers. Heating was good....too good! We slept with the window open! Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Handy to the bar at night and a good locals vibe. Will stay again.

What a warm welcome from Adrian! We were pleasantly greeted by Adrian and a local patron that made us feel very welcome with our somewhat boisterous dog. My husband had Stag ale from the hand pump ales, loved it so much, had another. We will be back for lunch over the next few days during our holiday. Spotlessly clean, lovely bar, decor and dining area from what we could see. Outdoor seating if you dare......hey, it's December 1!

Considerably cheaper than other pubs we visited, but the atmosphere was a little quiet. Lovely pub, great staff and a good time overall.

In the perfect location for the town. Staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and we're fantastic company in the evening. Room was great, with the most powerful shower I've had in a long time! Room (8) had the best view of the Loch in the morning, day, evening, and even night when the ferry docked for the day. It was a shame the food wasn't available as its the best rated place in the town, but had to close the restaurant due to Covid scares, which I get. All other restaurants bar one were closed in Ullapool so wasn't just The Arch that took this precaution. Breakfast was brill but I did miss where the breakfast was served when explained to me on arrival and took me minute or two to figure out. I would highly recommend this Inn and will return when I'm back in Ullapool for sure. See the pics for the view!

Lovely pub, great service and fantastic food. Didn't really expect to find food like this in the remote Highlands, but it was top quality stuff. If you're spending a night (or more) in Ullapool and need somewhere to eat then this is recommended. The deserts were particularly good!
