Had an overnight here and it was a lovely little place. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The room was modern and had a good size shower and bath. Couple of small points however is the lighting in the room wasn’t very bright even with the two bedside lights and main light on and the shower control panel was a little loose but other than that it was a great stay. Would recommended

Didnt eat, had 2 different i.p.a. beers very nice. Place was lovely and warm , table service only because of covid but girls were lovely

Overall a decent experience. Employees were quick for check in and check out. The main issue was we stayed on a weekend and there was live music until 11pm which was so loud the furniture and bed were vibrating in our room and we heard every single word of every single song. As such we couldn't go to sleep until it was over after a long day of travel. We also had lunch at the restaurant/bar below and the food was serviceable, nothing to complain about or get excited for. The service was quite slow as well.---thank you for the response and we completely understand the explanation and response regarding live music and entertainment.

Great location in centre of Inverness. Room clean and had a huge bed. Monsoon shower in the bathroom was amazing. Great food at breakfast and evening meal. Friendly helpful staff. Good atmosphere. Definitely recommend it.

Only went for food, didn't stay in the hotel. Staff were lovely, food was good, good selection of whisky to choose from. I should also say, we went everyday we were in Inverness!

Had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. Beds were so comfortable and the pub is in a fantastic location. Liked the built in usb sockets either side of the bed too for charging phones directly. Food was excellent...Drinks great... mocktails for teens were cool.Environment very nice... and clean...Staff lovely and attentiveMajor bonus Dogs aloud as we could enjoy food with all the family...important when all on holiday.
