We had the Escargot, Goat cheese salad, Halibut, Pheasant and Vegetarian Pasta. Halibut was perfectly cooked, sauce with pheasant complimented the dish well unfortunately the vegetarian pasta was bland and quite disappointing.

Accidentally find the restaurant…by the water! Of course ;) but their food even surprise you more!Amicable servants, decent meal, nice ambiance…fabulous, even for the pre-dinner bread with the starters! The day before was my birthday, this experience made me feel like a celebration once again.Highly recommended, the snail, the lamb chop the Marseille fish soup and the meat-paste too! Especially even the complimentary mashed potatoes which comes with the main dish was good. For the next time I will try the Burgundy beef. Thanks for giving me such a good time.

Food and staff outfits put you in France, the food was excellent and staff very friendly. Was nice to have a chat with the chef, the heavy rain on the roof did add to the atmosphere.

Excellent. The only problem was what to choose. A French carte, good selection of French wines beautifully cooked and presented. Wish I lived nearer.

Friendly staff and fun trying new foods. I tried the frogs legs and the pheasant. My daughter ordered the only kids menu option which was pizza. Sadly the kids pizza was a cheap frozen, overcooked pizza. Maybe Bord De'Leau could at least get the Chicago town microwave pizzas if they want to make a profit still?

A hidden gem! Service amazing. Food outstanding. Meeting the chef was an added bonus👍would highly recommend 👌

Food was good, but service was a little slow but maybe we felt it more as we were in a hurry to get back on the road to Inverness. I had a filet steak with pepper sauce which was very good. The others in the party all had the same fish dish (sorry can't remember which). It is nice to see that Wick has a decent restaurant - my time there in the 60's were limited to fish & chips on Henrietta Street or Ice Cream on the Harbour Front and very good they were too!

Simple French place, we waited 25 minutes to order, the menu looks great. The chef makes very clear to not make any adjustment to the plates, no sauce on the side for example or “You will get the bread with the starters” This must be the best restaurant in town, because they act very entitled..... we ordered snails and the entrecôte and I have to say it was pretty good. The sauce was excellent and it comes with the best potatoes. At the end, it was totally worth it! The Chef came out at the end and make sure our food was great!

Excellent French restaurant. Ambience perfect, good choice of food which was delicious. Staff friendly. French chef came out briefly to check the customers' food was to their liking, which was a really lovely touch. Maybe a bit pricey, but for us it is more of a special occasion place. We were on holiday at the time, so we will definitely return when next in the area. Would highly recommend.
