Cafe 115 in Highland

No. Just no. The guy was nice enough but the food was not edible. Everywhere else in the area had lines of people outside waiting for tables but there wasn't a single person here so we went in. We thought 'how bad could it be?' and subsequently found out.

Poor quality. Ordered jacket potato, arrived cold in the middle, told the waitress who took it away, arrived back after another few minutes in the microwave and had gone brown.Good location but one seemed to care about the business success and customers being happy.

This dump is to be avoided ,food was awful waitresses with long hair hanging down,not very hygienic!! No atmosphere whatsoever, and very suspiciously had to pay cash only no receipt given. But they certainly new how to charge DREADFUL.

Terrible experience, checked reviews immediately after ordering based on interaction with server... payment is taken before food arrives and its obvious why. All food cold, coffee disgusting, menu doesn't match what arrives. Clearly not bothered about return custom. Shameful!

Top end prices with extremely poor quality. Ordered a meat lovers feast pizza. Menu stated that it had donner meat on it but it had none. When challenged the nervous waitress said that they didn’t have any. She said the chef had put extra chicken on it to make up for it. I’d hate to see how little they normally put on. Pizza base was uncooked and topping overcooked. Told them it was under done and they took it away for a while and it came back more burnt on top but still the base was uncooked. I think they’d grilled it.I wouldn’t have paid for it but they take the money off you before you get your food.Worst meal I’ve ever had

We went to the restaurant, basically because it was the only one without a queue in the whole town, in hindsight this should have been a sign a how bad it is. The food was terrible and overpriced. We waited for over half and hour for a burger and grilled fish, even if we were the first to order in hours.

Simply don't go there! We ordered a venison burger and fish pie accompanied by tea. (The front counter assistant was a very pleasant lady.) The burger was as hard and dry as tarmac, it's salad consisted of old chopped cucumber and lettuce. You might expect tomato and onion with a burger and a little dressing. The fish pie was so salty it was inedible, we expressed our dissatisfaction and left. £28 and not fit for dog food. Please note not to pay up front until you see or have your food, a lesson learnt by me. This must be the reason why they do it, so many dissatisfed customers. There was no use or encouragement of Covid protocols.

Lacking service, overpriced...I understand hiking the prices up for tourists but at least back up the prices with half decent service. Only place in Fort William without a queue, no wonder! Breakfast was average but service was worst case scenario

No Covid-19 track and trace system in place. Food was below average, we had a vegan breakfast with some very hard avocado - I could’ve cooked a better one at home which is not really the point of eating out. Portion sizes were small for the price. Plates were not cleared until after we left. Coffee came with some spillage and one of the staff’s hair on the saucer (they didn’t tie their hair back). Overall the food wasn’t horrendous but the service and hygiene were quite poor.

Average food and drink. Good lunch time fuel stop. There is seating on ground floor and a basement down with 2 flights of stairs - approx 8 tables there.
