Caffe Nero in Highland

Good selection of coffee and food, at reasonable prices. It is often difficult finding a seat as it tends to be quite busy, though getting served isn’t too much of an issue. Nice, warm and comfortable surroundings, though some staff are not too welcoming. One problem that does repeat itself though is they frequently don’t have skinny milk for those cutting down the calories or lactose intolerant. This is a place that I would recommend.

The worse Cafe Nero we've ever been in. 3.45 on a Sunday and told we could only have take away "as we're closing soon" despite the fact it says 5pm. The staff were not very friendly and there were very few cakes and no hot rolls or sandwiches. Now this could be a supply issue, but there was nothing to indicate this or why they were closing early. If this was my first visit to a Cafe Nero, doubtful if I would go back. Best to avoid.

Visited with my Italian friends. Our dog was allowed in to sit beside us. We drank the best espresso coffee in Inverness and the cakes were also great. Highly recommended if you like good coffee.

Always a good coffee, and ideal location and spacious for customers with mobility needs as easy to manoeuvre. Some new staff not so speedy, so sometimes the queuing is a bit longer, but no doubt that will settle!

Large inside so social distancing is comfortably possible. Good choice of searing and comfortable chairs.Coffee is well priced and strong with a good variety of options and alternatives to dairy. Also a tasty selection of cakes and alternate snacks. Comfortable atmosphere for both s short stop in or a long stay for chatting and relaxing. Well lit and wheelchair accessible.

Love Caffè Nero. This time I dropped my tray just as I sat down spilling hot drinks all over myself and the table. Amy and Nuala, the servers, showed great concern and were so helpful. Thankfully no blisters due to their prompt attention with a cold cloth and fresh drinks provided. Thank you! 😊

Loved the staff and the drinks. Store a little “cold” but that’s partly due to the lack of tables at the front due to Covid. Love the early opening and later close, great USP!
