What an absolutely amazing place. Delicious food and a great collection of wine and whiskey too. John and Clare are extremely warm and friendly. We wanted to try some Haggis bites as take away and Clare was so helpful explaining everything . Highly recommend this lovely place.

Great restaurant! Wonderful food, great attitude and extremely warm and pleasant atmosphere. Not just great meat, fish and seafood. There is also a big selection of local beet and whiskey available to drink and to buy!

Lovely place. The staff are so nice. Lovely afternoon tea and cakes. No regrets. Their Whiskey collection really good and very informative. Very Clean toilet. Very Clean place. Great relaxing area near the fire place. The view of the lake very nice. The owner is such a charming and handsome gentleman. Thank you for the lovely experience. We will be back.

Absolutely beautiful setting and very good tasty food! The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. Even the chef came out to us who was amazing and knew her stuff!The waitress was friendly and efficient and knew her stuff on Sherry and whisky along with the owner who was also very friendly. We brought a bottle of Sherry and whisky from there extensive display.Would definitely recommend a stop even if it's just for tea and cake.Will definitely visit again when in the area.

Well varied menu, excellent service, delicious food, great value for money. Would highly recommend. Beautiful views over the Loch, inside and outside eating. We were there on a beautiful sunny evening and ate outside. Very enjoyable.

What a lovely place. Calm and cosy, and beautiful food. Very kind staff. Reasonable prices and full enjoyment. Soup of the day cream of broccoli thick enough for spoon to stand, enough of a meal in itself! And first restaurant I've seen offering Lapsang tea on the menu. Excellent stop especially on a rainy day.

Great food and really friendly service- the haddock and chips was the best I've had in years! It was clear it was freshly made l, with the fish being light and the batter being crispy; fries were great as well!

Charming cottage overlooking the lake and mountains. We only stopped for a coffee and couldn't resist the freshly baked scones (delicious). Would love to go back and have full lunch/dinner, the menu looks great.

Wonderful place with amazing atmosphere and fantastic food! Great service in a lovely cozy setting; a must do and definitely worth a (large) detour. One of the nicest places we've eaten on our Scotland road-trip!

Great location, just in front of the Loch Carron. Plenty of car park space. Good seafood platter and also the fish cakes. Try the venison burger, you won't be disappointed! Old fashioned chips and very good cider. You should make a reservation because there are not too many seats.
