Lovely coffee and got chocolate with a good selection of cakes

They're not wrong when they say the do the Best Hot Chocolate...

Had gone to another one which was disappointingly closed so happy to find this one! Ordered hot chocolate and a mocha. Mocha had a very peculiar taste and had been criss cross topped with white chocolate which I'm not keen on and hadn't been given a choice on and when I tasted the hot chocolate it was very smooth but lacked any depth of chocolate taste ( also topped the same with white chocolate ) For just short of a tenner and blah blah about organic chocolate I had hoped for a real treat. Honestly I prefer McDonald’s hot chocolate and hotel chocolat to this.

Got their and no one was serving both staff were out the back and oblivious to anyone in the shop, while on the subject of.the shop it didn’t smell nice and could do with a deep clean! After reading the reviews we made this place a go to place but I wish I hadn’t the hot chocolate I had tasted fusty and not right I ended up throwing it away, perhaps it had been a busy week or somthing but that don’t excuse cleanliness I’d give no stars if I could I’d love to know their hygiene rating avoid this place

Dissapointing looked untidy and taes sticky .Cookies were OK not great .Toilets required cleaning .Shame really being first visit.

Lovely cafe. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Dog friendly also. I had a very tasty mocha and cake. I have taken some chocolate home for another day. A bit pricey but I would thoroughly recommend.

Oh dear, this used to be a premium experience in terms of both quality and price with thick hot chocolate getting steadily gloopier as you got down a mug drenched in melted chocolate.Now it's GBP4.50 for a thin brown liquid in a paper cup. The brownies are bulked out by coconut too.I'll check the reviews page again before I consider revisiting.

Pretty much disappointed. There was not a chair nor a table to sit, and absolutely nothing to eat except for a few biscuits in single plastic packaging. We came for the hot chocolate that we were served without any cream nor chocolate sauce unlike the pictures. The Hot chocolate was way too diluted in the milk.

Latte not great and cake selection only okay. Plenty of focus on high priced chocolate which is £10 for a bag of organic shards. Open with plenty of seating and no gender specific toilets. Friendly staff.

Quite simply home to the best hot chocolate I have ever seen or tasted in my life! Beautifully chocoaltely and well presented. Lovely cafe set up too and all the baked goods looked just as amazing!
