Domino's Pizza Inverness in Highland

Pizza sauce was bland,meatballs were small mushy and tasteless...this place is getting worse...I won't be ordering from them again

Tastes like a cheap shop bought pizza. I'm very dissappinted and will not be going back. For some reason my pizzas seem to be deep pan? Barely warm to. :( I think the driver knew both my pizzas were terrible because he looked guilty delivering them. Honestly they were awful. 20 bucks in the bin along with the pizza.

Good deal if you walk in, you get 2 pizzas of any size for £20. Pizzas were really tasty as well

Order from here frequently, 90% of the time the delivery is quick and the food is hot. Sometimes there is a longer wait, however that's to be expected from anywhere, especially if its a friday or saturday evening. The staff are very friendly and never had any trouble.

Ordered a delivery 16/7/21, was informed by tracking app that my order had been delivered, when it arrived I got a feeble excuse from the driver who said he had been given too many delivery's to make so thats why it was late. Found my food to be lukewarm at best and to make it worse I had ordered a RanchBBQ pizza which is supposed to be covered in BBQ sauce but surprise surprise there was no sauce on it at all and the meat was crispy as it had been overcooked. Most definitely angry and will not be ordering Domino's again.

Avoid the Inverness store! Normally I love dominos but this store is a disappointment. Placed an order on the 16th of July which took over an hour to be delivered, when it finally showed up an item was missing and so we phoned the store to be told that they would send a driver out with the item when they can, there was no urgency from the staff member and he didn’t care. After a further hour we phoned back to enquire where the missing item was to be told that they had attempted delivery but no one was available and the phone number wasn’t answered which is total nonsense. I was informed they had refunded the value of the missing item to my card however 6 days on I am still waiting for the refund. The pizzas weren’t as good as other domino’s so save the effort and go somewhere else if you are in Inverness and want value for money.

1 hr and 10 mins . Cold pizza and no sorry for delay. Not enough competition in the town for anything to ever change . Refund would of been decent pizza went in bin 🤢

Just don't like it, I used to stay in London and my local dominoes was amazing. I was so happy to hear that a store in Inverness was going to open. So I made an order and was not impressed, ordered a couple of pizzas over the next few months and the only positive thing to say is its consistent. Any ways few year down the line ended up begrudgingly ordering from here again due to another household member. I don't know what the guys done to the base sauce but now said household member can't eat the pizzas here anymore, win for me but not so good for domino's

Dominos it means fresh food every day for lazy people who don't like to cook. Lovely store with amazing staff to make the pizza and serving customers. Hope you enjoy your pizza from Dominos and I will enjoy my homemade food.

Ordered a couple of Pizza's via the online portal. However, experienced significant delay in being notified the pizza was on its way to actually arriving. We called them up, they eventually answered (must have been busy), told it was on its way.The driver delivered the pizza. It was far from piping hot. One of the Pizzas was low on topping too.Normally I really like Domino's pizza, but this wasn't a great experience. Why did we not call to complain..... we had waited long enough for the delivery and didn't want more delay as that was their solution.Think I will avoid for a while, see if they improve again in a few months.
