Dulse & Brose at The Bosville in Highland

Went here for dinner, they had a small menu but all the dishes where used using locally sourced produce so that is why, I had the monkfish tail while my partner had the steak burger, both where delicious and fairly priced. We also had a coffee each which was also very nice. Would recommend if you want something fresh, local and Scottish.

Came in Nov, Mediocre food but the great service deserved an extra star. Food was uninspiring but could be the season as the menu was limited in options. Lamb stovie was tiny and over salted, which maybe why it was paired with tasteless crackers and over pickled beets. The starter risotto was not rich but ok, and the pork belly with quinoa was just good textured pork belly.

Lovely place. Quiet at 4:30 but gets busy quick. Good service inside, reasonably priced. Food was ok, not the best I've ever had. Wine menu was good. Would definitely come back and try something else next time (I had the pork belly).

Wonderful place. Emma and Nick were both amazing, such lovely service. The sharing platter was so tasty, we loved the smoked mussels. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Seafood linguini was super tasty. Delicious sauce that I could have drunk if they had it on tap. Service very friendly. Prices perhaps a bit steep but it seems this is what you pay for particularly nice food in Portree? 80s soundtrack quirky but a bit out of place.

Very good food and fantastic service by all staff.Would recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal in Portree.Lots of authentic food and ingredients from Skye.I would advise you book well in advance during holiday periods as it is popular.

Wow! What an experience - first time in Portree and completely blown over by the hospitality and lovely people - Emma at the Dulse & Brose + Ewan the bartender @ Merchant Bar made sure we ordered the perfect Scotch pairings with our fantastic meal! Fantastic meal and great service with a smile!

A restaurant by the bay, go out can see 5 color house. The smell of razor clams is delicious. The taste of pasta is amazing. Sour and sweet taste, very comfortable to eat. The waiter's attitude is very good and the dining environment is very good. It's a little bit expensive, but it's acceptable.
